They were fast and professional. Would recommend this shop for all refrigerated trailer repairs. Thank guy great job.
I took my trailer last week the said the motherborad is broken , so they didnot fix it and they charged me $750 for just for checking it, the later i found out somewhere it was only a fuse was bad and it cost me only $50 and it took the other place only 10 minutes, guys think towice before u go there becauce they lie lie lie.
Miserable guy on the phone at check-in, then sent us to park left us sitting for hours. No other drivers were being called back to the shop. so we left.
Very lazy people. They refused to work on my APU even tho I was the only truck was there Shame on u TMK. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!!!
The mechanics must be on commission Fixed a bunch of stuff i dont need And still had that same problem I called them back to complain and they said they didnt have the part to fix me THEY DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART BUT STILL BILLED ME $1100.00 AND I STILL HAD SAME PROBLEM
I came in with an expansion valve that went out and tech found d I had issues with other parts in the front I'm so glad and happy my trailer was repaired and it works like it's brand new... guys thx for giving my trailer car lol u are awesome
They refused to see my loaded reefer for a repair even though they told my driver to come in one hour prior after he explained the issue. Stay away!

No issues. But the guys answering the phone are not very pleasant and I'm pretty sure they hate their jobs. What is it about these midwest states and all these places where people are so miserable. What is so horrible in your life that you spread such negative vibes. Don't worry be happy life is too short smile more:-)

I love the folks who work here, from techs to sales, parts and bosses inside. They’re all friendly and knowledgeable. Always did a great service on my equipment and some techs shared great knowledge while at it. Customers are not allowed in shop area but if they’re working on your equipment outside, some don’t mind you standing somewhere in the corner admiring their work. I’ll admit I’m one of those who like to watch and learn as much as possible when opportunity strikes. Work by them always gives me peace of mind knowing it’s done right and upto factory specs.

DO NOT COME HERE! I was told I could bring my reefer in to be looked at and drove 110 miles. Upon arrival they said they are only working on loaded reefers and wouldn’t take me! Unprofessional!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!

I went to do business with this location but they are apart of a hypocritical group of people that bring their personal feelings to work everyday while corporate companies lose money I thought the application these people filled out didn't mention anything bout 🤔 😕 bring your personal feelings to a place of business. Can so one clarify???!!!
Drove in . 2 hours later .. sensors replaced. Drove out.
