Awesome job! Worked over 12 hours to get new furnace and A/C installed. Very kind and informative. Cleaned up after themselves.

Jeremy was very professional and courteous. He attempted all options to fix our A/C problems and explained in great detail the problem and what was need to fix the problem.

Everyone was very polite and easy to talk to. Devon shared the different packages that they offered and answered our questions and concerns about a few things on each plan. We fill good about what we chose and can hardly wait for our new ac and heater combo.
Received a great quote from Service Plus for a softener installation, which was very competitively priced -- better than all other quotes to-date. Further, I received excellent service by Dee. Although I'm still searching for the best option for the installation, I appreciate the service quality and pricing that is much more reasonable than competitors.
Dee came and was really friendly and helpful. He talked through all that he was thinking and the process of how my system works. I was on a time crunch of someone coming out to look at my system and Dee was able to come next day. Highly recommend!
I called service plus for a leaking water heater. Ben Johnson came out and gave multiple options and after being educated on benefits of a tankless that’s what I decided to do. It has been great having unlimited hot water! The manager Mark Fite followed up after the job was complete to make sure everything was good. Great customer service and will always use service plus!

Experienced, through and trust worthy. Although I need to buy a new heat pump system to replace a 15 year old system, confident with Eric's diagnostic, it is the right decision.
Mario was great. Showed up on time, and was a pleasure to talk to. He diagnosed the issue with my AC before installing anything. He was able to replace one part and had my AC system back up and running within an hour or so after arriving at the site. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Shane, his crew and supervisor were wonderful. I would definitely use them again if needed!
Service Plus did an excellent job with the plumbing issues we had with older pipes under our home. Mark Fite is an excellent manager and staff under him also did a great job!

Jeremy was really nice. He did a diagnostic and let me know if some things I needed to think about replacing but wasn’t pushy to try and sell me in it. He sent me all the pics in an email with the repairs needed. Overall great experience
