Can't say enough good things about this company. For the last five years, I have been treated like a most important person. Roy takes care of his people, customers and employees alike. We are all his people. Probably the most ethical company I have had the pleasure of working with.
Looking for anything wrong with latest repair call to Roy Rogers Heating and Air, you know could not think of a single item. They came out - found a rodent had climbed into Central Air A/C unit, removed - performed a A/C tuneup and found a line to capacitor was burned into two pieces - replaced it - and I tell you Tyler took maybe 30 minutes start to finish? Oh and he called prior to arriving giving me plenty of time to drink my first coffee of the day. These folks have my business since first time meeting Roy.
Cody is professional and polite. He also helped me get my thermostat online.
Cory was fabulous! He did our A/C check-up & we've never had a more thorough visit. We called Roy Rogers last fall to diagnose an issue & we were impressed by that technician too. Roy Roger's Heating & Cooling is now our official go-to for HVAC.
Roy and his staff are very responsive. They were in constant communication during and even after the installation. Their dedication, efficiency, and support goes beyond "doing the job". I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

I always have a wonderful experience with Roy Rogers Heating and Air. When I had an issue with my AC, Dustin came out within one hour of me calling the after-hours number. He diagnosed the problem and provided me with options. The best option for me was to get a new system. Dustin scheduled the installation and brought a professional and knowledgeable team. Dan, Tyler and Dustin made the process so easy. Within hours I had working efficient system. They finished the job; everything was cleaned up and I am a happy customer. Another easy part of the process was the "no interest" financing. Call Roy Rogers for Heating and Air for all your needs, you won't be disappointed. Love this family owned business.

Cody called to let us know he was on his way and arrived within the promised arrival time. He was professional and cordial and polite and didn’t even mind that our dog wanted to jump on him to get a hug. He explained what he was doing and if there were any problems. He made sure that there was no mess left behind and will use Roy Rogers again .
Hired for routine HVAC maintenance. They are the best. On time, communicates what’s going on and transparent about what they find and cost involved. Very thorough too.

AC unit went out after hours and Roy himself came out for a repair so our baby didnt have to sleep in the heat overnight! Extremely prompt and friendly. 10/10 recommend this company!
