They are very professional, kind, and do a great job. They are very understanding and patient. I couldn't ask for a better business to work with on top of the great work they do. I had a couple disasters back to back and they worked with me and did the work as fast as they could with no questions. As long as you are honest and true to them they will treat you the same.
I’ve used quality control on several projects. They have fixed water leaks, replaced faucets, and even unclogged my mainline late one evening. I super appreciate the service they provide. I highly recommend them.

Quick, quality, craftsmen....I had what I thought was a stop valve problem that turned into something much bigger the next AM. Quality understood my need for quick help, delayed an install to come to triage me first...and then came back and fixed my odd (3/8" pex) problem in the afternoon after parts were found. Same day! They also recommended a restoration company that came in and gave me an honest assessment which didn't include them doing any work, but he did give me tips on how to get it done. I have never seen such a big rip off company than this. The company sent a technician to check my heating unit. The technician informed me the filter needed to change (he did not have a filter) and adjusted the gas pressure. It took him less than 15 minutes. He did not even bring any tools with him. I got billed for $229. I am still very sore about it and I am never going to conduct any business with this comapny
They were readily available. I called on Thursday and they were at my home on Friday early and on time .Very friendly . I used this company a year ago , the technician that came out at that time name Mike at least that's what I wrote down.The Bill was reasonable and he did a few little extras. He was the reason I called again this year, but I didn't get him this time i got Curt. They were there to check the furnace and AC .He check the furnace and said it needed a new gas valu that would cost 500 dollars. He replaced a starter cap on the AC that he said was new, I didn't see a box or any paper that it came in, said it was defected and causing the fan slow to start. Said the AC required at least 4 lbs of refrigent in order to operate.Trip charge $80.00 , labor $120.00, cap starter $40.00, refriget $200.00.I posted this review because I wanted others to be aware that nice and friendly is great and always a plus ,but what you really want to look for is honesty ,trustworthy and good service, and I don't feel like I got that this time. I hope this review help you make better choices.
