Outstanding company... after today I will never go anywhere else with my heating and cooling business... from start to end I had an excellent experience!
George and William provided good service and detailed explanations. They got us set up with a new A/C system quick and at a fair price.
I have not been a fan of this company at all they have bad policies but Keith was soooo helpful that I have to give him praise. Since I have a warranty i called them n he was sent out and he did and awesome job. Thank you for all your help n for doing a good job.
Brian was very professional in explaining what he was going to do and also the results of his visit. He also was able to answer all my questions that I had.

Been using one hour for years. Overall they always show up in their scheduled time window. The service men are ver knowledgeable and helpful with out trying to go for the up sell.

Service is always excellent and attentive to the care and quality of my HVAC system. Experienced a first - the Tech (Marvin) removed the cover to clean it and washed my unit for effectiveness! Awesome.
John New and his team are fantastic. Paul was out to fix our AC/furnace bright and early with a positive attitude. I really appreciate the efficiency and quality of care that my husband and I received through one hour. Would recommend to anyone I know!
Dial One Hour installed our Bryant heat pump system in 2008. Ever since we have early winter and summer preventative maintenance ; After 15 years, our Heat Pump needed replacement and One Hour new install expert - Troy to determine what was needed and provided a very competitive proposal for a upgrade 16 SEER two stage heat pump. It is getting installed 3 days after proposal and a bit of negotiation.
Paul was terrific. Very knowledgeable and understood the urgency of my situation. Provided solutions that met my personal needs.
Even though Caleb was new to the company he did a great job he took his time and explained in detail what he was doing he cleaned his mess up he checked everything and he advised me to get something that was low and I asked him could I get it on the next tune up it’s costly but I need it so I will make sure that I get so my air don’t go out. I must say this young man did a job well done for a young adult. The youth now a days are rude and work ethics suck but Caleb was very respectful his work ethics were very professional and he knows his job very pleased.
John and Brandon installed a new 3 ton Bryant AC unit, A-Coil, Transformer and Thermostat for me this afternoon. They were professional, friendly, detailed, very thorough and efficient. I am very Satisfied with my choice of equipment and the installation. Temarcus was wonderful to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem, took time to explain to me the issue and then promptly fixed the issue. Then was thorough and testing everything to ensure our AC was working properly. I would highly recommend Dial One and especially Temarcus.
