Through no fault of Northern Comfort this call had to be rescheduled twice. They were helpful, professional and kept me apprised of all that was going on. Definitely glad to have them

We've been using Northern for years, and they have been really great, especially when we had older and aging HVAC. Because of their services, we purchased new HVAC, water heater and a water softener 5 yrs ago and kept our annual service up they always respectful, friendly, and a great value.

I have been using this business since I retired from the military. They have helped my family handle a lot of emergencies from not receiving the best home inspection before purchasing. I have had my a/c, water softener, and hvac unit replaced. Outstanding service by an outstanding company.
We are very happy with our 2 new HVAC systems, new sump pump, new water heater, new outdoor water spigots, water softener maintenance, and everything that goes along with them! Their HVAC technician Dustin, and their plumber Joe, always takes great care of us during and after installation, also providing maintenance several times a year. They are the best!!
A routine check up on the AC unit. Impressed with the worker who fully explained what he was doing. Done in 45 minutes.
AC went down on Sunday, got a referral from a work colleague. Called Monday morning, tech out that afternoon and the problem solved. Will definately call again whenever the need arises.
We’ve been using Northern Comfort since purchasing our house in 2019 and have always been very happy with the level of service and customer support they provide. We just had to replace our A/C and Furnace and had a great experience. We’re incredibly happy with our new units and the follow through from the various team members at Northern. Would highly recommend!
Just came to service my Heating and Cooling Unit, changed my filter and cleaned the grass out of the outside unit. Thankful that my unit is still in good condition. James and the company do excellent work!!!

We’ve always had friendly and knowledgeable technicians that come to our home to perform furnace and air conditioner maintenance. There is good communication regarding arrival times. They take the time to explain how to keep our equipment in good working order. They offer different levels of multi-year maintenance plans that include discounts for general maintenance as well as repair service calls. We are very happy with the service. It’s a great company with a small-town feel.

Wife and I decided to replace our 17 year old HVAC system and contacted the good folks at Northern Comfort. We were so impressed with the offering and the service our neighbor received that we decided to go with them. The price for a new system was excellent and the installation was impeccable. If you have a need for Service or a new installation, I would highly recommend the good folks at Northern Comfort.
