Honesty Reliability Affordability … MOBILITY!!!!!! Minority Owned HVAC business!!! He was professional, on time, uniformed, and critical of his own work! We were charged $800 less than what everyone else quoted us! He has been referred to all business or residential client we know! Excellent Job!
Crazy month water heater went out 30 days ago called them on a Saturday they were at our home within 4 hrs got that replaced then our AC unit went out the next week had to replace the whole thing furnace in my garage and the unit outside and new thermostat looks great much quieter looks great. I would definitely recommend them to do the job right…
Awesome company! Honest, thorough, and did not try to oversell me. They replaced the capacitor on the AC unit, tightened everything, spray washed the unit, cleared away the ivy, and now it’s all working beautifully. I asked about the furnace, suspecting it was old. They could have easily said the furnace needed to be replaced because I wouldn’t have known the difference. But nope, they said it wasn’t that old and should last a good while longer. I learned a lot about maintenance and feel much more prepared and secure now that I have an honest company to use for the furnace, AC, and water heater maintenance in the future. This is a small family business, locally and minority owned. Please consider supporting them. Michael is awesome. VERY fair pricing. I have no regrets in hiring them.
Mike and Mobility was referred to me by a friend. She could not say enough good things about them. Mike came to help me when I had another company give me the runaround. He explained every detail to me and put me at ease. His workers are very knowledgeable friendly and courteous. I am very pleased with my experience with Mike and Mobility.

Thank you Mobility Cooling! Wow, I was very pleased from start to finish! I was scheduled for an appointment the next afternoon and they were actually a little early, after explaining my problem, Michael checked everything and discovered what he suspected was the issue was confirmed. He was able to fix my unit with 1 part to have me up and running at a very reasonable price inclusive of a maintenance plan. They will be the only company I use and recommend!!!

We were in crisis as our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days this year. We called Mike and he was able to squeeze us into his very busy schedule. He was not only on time but corrected the problem we were experiencing. Thanks Mike. OMG!!!!! My house was SOOO hot. I placed an after hours call to Mobility and left a message. They got back with me quickly and was out the next day. Michael and Chuck have awesome spirits and explain in detail what they are doing and what the problem is. It took two trips, but that's how dedicated Michael is. My problem was more involved and not that common, but he was NOT going to let us be hot one more day. Our house is now cold and comfortable; shoot I woke up looking for more cover! Thank you, thank you for helping us!!!! 😊😊😊

Michael was very professional when it came to being on time to showing me step by step of the issue that I was having with my AC system. All the other places I contacted to get a quote regarding my AC system was not helpful with helping me understand what the issue was. By Mobility Heating and Cooling showing me the problem. I was able to understand that my whole AC system was to small for my house and that the compressor was no good. I ended up buying a new AC system and having them install it. The price Mobility Heating and Cooling quoted wss very reasonable and affordable . Michael came back a month later to make sure that I had no issue with my system. I highly recommend this company and I will be calling them soon to serive my Heating as well..

I have so much love and respect for this heating and cooling company. I am a first time home buyer and my air was not working. I didn't know who to call or what to do. I called an old friend and he gave me the number to Mobility. I was so nervous I thought I would be ripped off. Until the owner of the company came to my home. He was so friendly, respectful, and honest. He told me on the phone he thought that I would need coolant and that it would be $45 a pound. When he got here he said no I apologise you have a newer unit it's only $30 a pound. He could have lied but he was very honest I didn't have the money and he said to me I'll go ahead and give you the coolant cause I want you to be cool and I'll get the money on Friday. Remember he didn't know me. He didn't have to do that. Mobility came back this summer and fixed my coral it was leaking and did some repairs to my duck and vents. They were $800 cheaper than any of the other companies that I called. Sorry this review was so long but I could go on and on. Now I have a cold because my house is so cold 😅 God-bless you guys and thanks so much for all that you've done for me.
