Dennis is an excellent ambassador for the company. He diagnosed everything and came up with options.
Mike helped to set up my Wi-Fi account for my phone. He also did a short tutorial on how the humidity works with my system. He is very knowledgeable and patient.
I had Gabriel come and do a service call on my A/C unit and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he did clearly and was extremely positive and polite. Would definitely recommend him next time.
We have had an ongoing problem of loud noise coming from our furnace. We have had a repairman here several times, and have had parts replaced because we were told they were bad but this did not fix problem. Dennis has suggested a fix and we believe this will solve our problem. There are a few issues that must me addressed and when they are resolved, we want to move forward with Dennis plan and get our furnace fixed once and for all.
Paul was great, he was very professional and talked me through how my system worked. We definitely have have Paul back for our annual maintenance.
It is very rare indeed when an expected service technician shows up at our home, on time and is as knowledgeable and experienced as Mike Thomas. He is the first and only technician about which I do not have to worry about whether his diagnosis, recommendation and advice are honest, appropriate and reliable. I only wish there were more like Mike. Whatever Masters is paying him, Mike is not only worth every cent, but probably should get a raise. Just please don't increase my bill.

Had some work done by Dennis with Masters Heating & Cooling. Never a fun process but they make it easy and convenient. Came out, diagnosed and fixed my problems with no issue. Will continue to use them for my hvac needs.
Appointment process was very fast and used technology to keep us informed of appointment, reminder and payment. Tech was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue and identified a resolution that a prior service provider could not address. Very thankful to have received a second opinion.
Master's is great to work with! Cory came early, diagnosed the problem and even ran to the store to get parts needed to complete the repair. I will always call Master's!
Both times they have been to our house they did not charge us for anything. The first time was some small cleaning on our furnace that took 5 minutes, and the second time, well... the noise turned out to be from one of our kid's toys. They laughed just as hard as we did and then said "deuces, have a good day." And then didn't let us pay them. If we ever have any legit problems with our HVAC, they will have our business.
Our water heater started leaking over the weekend. They called early Monday morning and were able to install that day. They ran out of the water heater that I had been quoted for a few months go and instead of charging me more they gave me a free upgrade and honored a current coupon. The install only took about an hour and a half. We are very pleased with their service.
We recently moved to the area. Finding a service that you trust without digging into your life savings is super intimidating, but I get the sense that every person I've spoken with genuinely cares about the problems we're facing and wants to help us fix it or figure how to fix it at a really amazing price. We want to give a special shoutout to Dennis. He's been our technician over the last week and he's not only incredibly kind, but thorough and communicative. He tells you exactly what he's doing, why he's done it that way, and what he'll do next if needed. He had to come out multiple times sometimes on the same day and did it without question. He's here to fully support us and I can't say enough praises about him.

Mike was amazing! This was my first visit from Master's. I've been using another company who was supposedly keeping my system clean an maintained. Boy was I wrong!! Mike invited me to hang out while he did the work so that I could see what was going on and he could share his findings. My evaporator coil and blower wheel were absolutely disgusting! There's no way on earth the previous company had ever cleaned these. So glad to have Mike & Master's taking care of my system now!

Furnace wasn’t working. Called. A real person answered the phone and told me i’d get a call asap. I hung up and got a call immediately. Dennis said he would be here at 3:00. He was here at three, replaced the ignitor, furnace works and he was on his way. I’m very happy … and warm. Thanks so much!!
The installers were on time, explained the process, cleaned up & made sure I didn't have questions or concerns
