This was our first service call. We thought the service was thorough and complete. The technician was polite and informative. We were pleased enough to continue and signed up for a maintenance agreement. Looking forward to getting our furnace service in November.
I got several estimates.Tony was the most thorough and demonstrated his knowledge and experience. He gave his opinions based on facts and didn't try to sell anything over & above what fit best our home. Luis and Mijail did excellent install, worked very quickly and quietly. I will use LCS again! July 2023. Had my 1 year service done today and I can't recommend LCS enough! Jerome Smith was the tech and was friendly, skilled and efficient. He made sure all my questions were answered and was respectful of property! Great service from Jerome and LCS. Call them!
Jose and Jair came last week for a tankless water heater installation and were just fantastic!! It was a big job but they worked so hard, were very efficient and solved every problem that came up. Jose also explained the system so I could understand it, and allowed me to video instructions, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need!

After getting some repair work done earlier in the summer, and being happy with LCS services, I signed a maintenance contract, and Jason came out today to service our unit. He was kind, professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions competently. Both technicians that have visited my home have been top notch! Thank you again Jason! Edit: Mark came back today for a repair. Another great technician! I signed up for another year. Highly recommend these guys!!
Travis was right on time, quite thorough inspection report of 2 HVAC systems. Good candid feedback about options for "aging" AC units. Great personality and knowledge of HVAC.
Great experience with my brand new equipment. 3 years in! Great service techs for regular maintenance. Great financing offers as well. They walked me through additional settings changes to get the comfort levels exactly where we wanted them. Great job overall.

I had a great experience with LCS Heating and Cooling yesterday. Ryan came to the door, was very polite and got right to work. He gave me advice about the humidity in my basement, changed out my filter and checked my air conditioner. Then we chatted about our cats. He was lovely and I appreciate the kindness and professionalism.
Jerome arrived on time for our A/C maintenance check. He was professional and explained in detail what he did and his recommendations. Highly recommend LCS Heating & Cooling. We have had them perform maintenance on our HVAC system and have always been pleased with all aspects of their service. Excellent at communicating!

I have used LCS for several years now and recommend them to EVERYONE. Today, Nikita came to my home for a maintenance check before I sell the house. She was friendly, professional, and thorough. She was respectful of my home and space while I worked yet gave great updates as she worked. If you need a solid HVAC company, use LCS. You will not regret it! And ask for Nikita. She was fantastic!
We began using LCS through a home remodel and met with the owner to discuss the best options and location of unit. We were so impressed with LCS we have continued to use them for our annual HVAC maintenance. We always request the same technician and we appreciate the consistency that allows. LCS sends email and text reminders of service and even a notification with a picture of the technician heading your way. I HIGHLY recommend LCS Heating & Cooling.
Travis was very professional and I liked that they sent the same person out to repair, after the parts came in so he knew what was going on previously himself and that is just good business to me.
This is the second time I've used LCS for my HVAC service and they always go above and beyond my expectations! From kind and timely texts/emails letting me know which service tech will be arriving, when they'll be arriving, and a photo to let me know what they look like...to the courteous and professional way they conduct themselves in my home...they are a true partner in helping me maintain my home. Nikita Jenkins handled my A/C system maintenance and was extremely thorough in her work. She did a phenomenal job cleaning my outside unit and identifying potential areas for repair on my furnace flue. She was also proactive in recommending ways to reduce the heat in our upstairs section in response to my passing comment about how hot it gets up there compared to the downstairs! I will definitely be using and recommending LCS for all of my HVAC service and repair needs!
LCS heating and cooling installed a complete system at my home which has been a true pleasure to use. The system is so quiet I don’t even know it’s on. They also have extremely courteous and friendly people for installation and maintenance. I cannot recommend them more highly.
Great experience today! Nikita found the fix quickly and was very helpful! She had a lot of great advice for maintaining our HVAC! The whole company was fast and responsive!
LCS installed an energy efficient HVAC system in March 2023. When I had an issue with the AC, they sent Nikita out to service my system. I have never had such good customer service and a technician as knowledgeable and communicative as Nikita. I received a follow up call to make sure my system was in working order and am very satified with the service I received from LCS and Nikita!

LCS honored weekday pricing when their schedule was too full to come out for my service. Nikita came out on Saturday morning to get my AC running in tip top shape. I am never sold products I don’t need. The technicians - especially Nikita-are very thorough and professional! Thank you LCS! See you again in the fall for my furnace maintenance clean and check!
