Was told 2 weeks ago my part was in. Went to get it today and it wasn’t in. Rita was not helpful even though it was her fault my part was not in. Now I’m driving 4 hours to get my part

They had what I wanted
This place is unable to competently help. We needed a new motor and capacitor. JS told us over the phone they had them. They did have the right motor but the capacitor was incorrect. We called and asked if they had the correct one. They said they did. We drove back to the southside store and they didn’t have it. We called again and they said they had one at the east side store. We went and they didn’t have it. We gave them the part no. over the phone...and they said they had it...but they didn’t. So three separate trips, with 2 being unnecessary, because either their inventory system is trash, or the employees are incompetent. Also, we expected to be able to exchange capacitors, especially because of the trouble and lack of help/guidance they offered. But they wanted us to pay the .24 cents price difference in capacitors after driving to two locations because of their inability to do their job. Avoid this place if at all possible.

Jason at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to go for any hvac needs.
I have to laugh at people complaining because the staff will not diagnose the problem with their system and tell them what to buy. Johnstone Supply serves the HVAC industry and does a damned fine job of it. If you are looking for help, go to Naughton's. Not to say they will not sell you what you need, there is a free catalog available when you walk in the store. Find what you want and they will do their absolute best to get it for you.
Love it when things go smooth
Fairly Typical supply house. Rude Sales People. Don't really wanna help. Call them with a question and they treat you like an idiot because YOU don't know the answer. Ill deal with them when and if I have to but other wise ill steer clear and call people who have personalities
