Great service. Called back quickly and came out next day to repair. Everyone there is nice and willing to explain what is wrong. Recommend highly.
Jed's got a great team doing great work. I can't recommend them enough. Truly a fantastic locally owned business. Larry was our servicer - he's was awesome at communicating and goes the extra mile as they say. 5 stars all day. Thanks so much guys!
Unprofessional as hell
Jed is knowledgeable and fixes things quickly, I'm a tenant and communication between me, the property management and Jed goes smoothly. He responds to work orders soon after they are made. If I ever get around to owning a house he will be who I call for heating and ac.
Can't recommend Jed McQueen's services enough in Indy. We had a failing AC unit, and Jed communicated with us multiple times from beginning to end. We got a phone call to schedule service literally the minute after the bid to replace the unit was approved. He fit us in the next morning, did an excellent installation job and even built an additional shelf for the filter. He and his associate spent time going over the work completed and cleaned up the area before leaving. Very impressed -- without question, he should be your first call for any heating/cooling issues in Indy.
