I had no heat or at all for two Winters and well into half of my second summer. The prices were just too high and every company which quoted me said that the entire HVAC system for my home would need to be replaced. I'm taking all the major HVAC companies listed in the yellow pages for Indianapolis so I was resolved to be stuck with a high electric bill all year round from using window unit AC and plug in heaters to compensate where the fire place left off heating and cooling my home. I was so blessed to be referred to James Marshall Heating and Air!!! My technician was great, came on my time frame, and I was able to make an appointment for the very next evening from when I called. Even though there was a bit more work involved due to since electric issues in my 1955 house, I was only charged a bit over the original quote, I had heat in my home before the tech left that night, and he returned the veryI next evening to complete what so needed done to ensure I'd have heat all winter and ac without issue next summer.. The price could not be beat at all and I was truly blessed by having an honest tech who really dug into the true issue rather than trying to sell me a new system!! He did tell me that when the time comes, he has available individual units as well as complete systems to install. His prices were unbeatable and i will use this company my from now is on. They were phenomenally lower than anyone else around and his service was much better than I ever could have expected at that price!!! Without a doubt I will always use this company. The company and its service is just great and they are great people too.
He did a very awesome job for me. In fact I now use him as my personal Maintenace guy for my house. You call or text him, he reply you in a minute. Thanks for all you do
I used this company last year and this year. Reggie did a great job both times he came and explained In detail what issues we were having and preventative measures for future use.
Reggie replaced our old thermostat with a brand new digital programmable thermostat and gave us valuable advice on our current heat pump system. He provides great service at a very affordable rate. He is a great communicator, which is a very rare trait in any profession these days. I would highly recommend him for your next HVAC project!
We could not have been more thrilled with the service provided by James Marshall Heating and Air. Reggie was quick, very responsive and provided amazing service. The kids did cartwheels in the yard when he repaired our A/C AND I did, too when I saw their bill. I can't recommend them enough!

WoW! Reggie from James Marshall Heating and Air Hooked me up! He replaced my old furnace and my old R22 A/C system to a beautiful looking masterpiece. He tightened everything up not just literally, but made everything look tight and in order. Now when go down do my basement , I'm not ducking over unnecessary duct work and other hazards that were just in the way. He also gave me a great deal!!--Considerably less than a few big outfits quoted. They both quoted me false/made-up, incorrect problems. One said, "A-Coil leaking. $2500 to fix", when it was really just a line-set leak that Reggie figured out in two seconds. He explained to me the real issues and saved me a ton of $- from getting ripped off. Reggie is honest and hard-working. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND James Marshall Heating & Air!
Reggie is a godsend that is the best way to describe him and his business. He helped us last winter when all hope was lost and several times since. We didn't know each other prior but he treated me as if we were old friends which was a real blessing especially during that very trying time. Reggie is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, honest, extremely affordable and very hardworking and I will never trust my heating and cooling to anyone else. He gets to you immediately if possible, especially if it's an emergency, no matter how short notice he's given. You will always know the problem, the solution and the cost upfront. Reggie is old school meaning he really cares about the people he services and the quality of work that he does. He stands behind the work and doesn't give up until he and the customer is 100% satsfied. I highly recommend this company. Like I said Reggie and James Marshall Heating & Cooling is a godsend.

Reggie Aaron Black was excellent and responsive, got us a quote, took measurements and cleaned our AC unit. He was supposed to install return air ducts June 18/19, but called to postpone a week due to family issues. Rescheduled for June 25/26, confirmed via text on June 24 and then stopped answering all calls/text/Facebook messages. No communication and wondering what happened?
