A/C tune up was performed by Nelson. On time, checked everything, cleaned the units and replaced a failing part before it broke for good under warranty.
We had an outside spigot replaced, which had split over the winter, and a new bathtub fixture installed. They look great and work beautifully.
James Miller followed up with the permanent repair. James is knowledgeable and skilled and quickly performed the repair installation. Highly recommend! Mike Patterson was my technician. Mike was friendly and was able to quickly solve the immediate issue with my HVAC condensate line and schedule the permanent repair a few days later. Thank you!

Called Howald to get a second opinion on some AC repair work. Able to do the same work for one third of the price I had been previously quoted at. James was extremely helpful and thorough. Explained everything and did a full assessment of the work required. Would use them again!

Gas company detected leak, I called Howald and Sam came out. It was fixed in minutes. No more odor in the basement. I feel much better and safe now that the leak has been fixed.
The blower quit working yesterday and they were here today to repair. Had to order blower motor; but should be in tomorrow.

Howald has replaced both my gas furnace and a/c systems and has done the annual maintenance on both for years. They are professional and responsive. Every technician that has ever come to the house has been courteous and knowledgeable. Most recently Dan took the time to walk me through the maintenance he was doing on the a/c unit, explaining the part that needed to be replaced, its function, and the multimeter readings showing how it has degraded over time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
