Homesense installed and has maintained my HVAC system. The employees are knowledgeable, efficient, approachable, and timely. If ever there is a problem, they are quick to resolve it!
Great experience from setting appointment to getting my ac fixed. Kary was very upfront and direct about the repair, the state of my unit, and next steps beyond the immediate repair. Would recommend to anyone with an HVAC need.

Homesense was very quick with their installation for my new HVAC system. It was a very painless process from beginning to end. They were able to answer all of my questions and follow up after the installation to make sure that everything was operating smoothly. The technicians all seemed well informed and very personable. No problem since recent install. Good people to work with. Love how my new HVAC SYSTEM is quieter and the air from the ceiling vents doesn't come down and freeze me out anymore. They found an electrical issue I had to take care of for them to complete the install. They came back as soon as the electrician was finished. Recommend them.

I have been using Homesense since 2015 when they installed my system. The techs are kind, clean and considerate. I use the spring / fall checkups to make sure my system stays in good running condition. I trust this company to be fair and honest about my needs.

Our furnace went out during one of the coldest weeks of 2022. I had a consultation and an installed furnace within 2 days.
Darren was knowledgeable, notified us of the findings, and helped to answer questions about our system. He recommended a different filter for our furnace as well. I recommend Homesense.

They are a great local Indy based business, not a part of a conglomerate company posing as a local company. They are honest, professional and practice excellence in their work. Their website has some coupons to use as well and they care about being affordable. Give them a call they won't disappoint.
Homesense came out for a diagnostic service after our AC was no longer blowing cold air. Darren was extremely thorough and explained pros and cons of how to move forward with replacing the AC. Looking forward to using Homesense to have my HVAC replaced knowing they are professional and prompt. Would recommend!
Lazy tech didn't even attempt to fix basic issue with my AC just tried to sell me a new system and charged $140 for my trouble. I ended up reattaching my motor fan blade myseld and the system worked fine. They could have had it fixed in ten minutes instead charged me for nothing. Shady!
Homesense has been great to work with for the new AC/Furnace I needed. They provided a quality product with reasonable pricing. Homesense did not try to upsell and charge me way more than what was appropriate. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
