They installed a new furnace. They were on time, and got the job done in just a few hours. Their quote was the best, and when I called them to accept they had me on the schedule for the next day! Both the sales rep and service technician were very professional and polite (and the sales rep didn’t try to “hard sell” me, which I greatly appreciated). I will definitely use them for any future HVAC needs.

Good luck getting anyone to return your call or come to your residence. Kind of pointless to be open 24/7 just to give people the run around. We called 4 or 5 times and while the customer service people are kind I continually got “someone will call you shortly” and never received a single call. I even asked if they simply had a time frame of when I would be contacted because I understand summer is busy for these repairs and they couldn’t provide me with any information at all. Absolutely ridiculous, if you’re busy just communicate that so I don’t sit in my 80 degree house thinking someone is actually going to come help.
I would highly recommend HomePro heating and cooling. They just replaced a water heater for me today. Rick was prompt and honest. He definitely puts his customers first and is genuinely concerned about his customers. The two young men that installed my water heater today Tim and I completely forget the other young man’s name, but they were amazing! It’s not often you have repairs done and they leave the area spotless and everything put back in place! These guys were careful not to hit my walls or damage anything, considering that my water heater is upstairs. I mean these guys swept the floor and just handled everything so professional! I appreciate you guys so much and can’t thank you enough!
We had an emergency in which our main circuit board on the furnace blew out and caused a little fire. Donnie came first thing the following morning and told us they could fix it and without pushing it, also quoted a very good price on a new 97% efficiency furnace. We opted for replacing it since the current one was old. He was very pleasant to work with. Good communication, quick responses, professional and friendly are some of this company's qualities! The installers came the very next day and were friendly, informative and thorough. Installation was top notch! We are so pleased with having chosen HomePro that we'll be using them for all our future HVAC needs! They even serviced our humidifier which had been giving us problems for a while. Donnie even stopped by again on installation day and gave us a beautiful thank you gift bag filled with thoughtful items. We highly recommend HomePro! We just wish we had known about them sooner!!
Tim was quick, professional, and friendly! I’m so grateful he was able to come out and fix my air conditioning. He went above and beyond, I highly recommend him and this company!
We had an issue where two upstairs rooms were not producing heat. HomePro was able to diagnose the problem and make the necessary changes to get the heat flowing again, even though they did not install the original system. They came out in the middle of a winter storm with 6" of snow on the ground. They told us well in advance that they might be late due to the appointment ahead of ours and ended up only being a few minutes late. The techs were friendly and professional.
I’ve had furnace issues since I moved in. Early last year. Finally, a new property management company, hired Donny from home pro. He had good communication, although our schedules didn’t line up the first day. He was understanding and professional. Fixed my issue in minutes. Would recommend him again.
Homepro replaced my furnace after a nightmare experience with our home warranty company and their contractor and going a week without heat in winter. Homepro was able to get a new furnace installed next day. Incredible customer service and went out of their way to make sure we were happy during the entire process. Will be a life long customer.
Had AC unit installed over a year ago. Had problems ever since. Contacted them at least 15-20 times over the past year and they still cant figure out the issue. Completely ridiculous. Just insanity and they hardly respond. I would never recommend them.
Progress Residential dropped the ball on sending an HVAC company out. I went 8 days without AC. Doug with HomePro Showed up the following day after I called them. Doug was super cool! Did a great job at explaining the issue he found and what he did to resolve it. Was super fast, and did not leave any kid of mess behind. I was not home when service was conducted. Doug, if you find this. I got a $50 gift card with your name on it if you'd like.
The thought of having to replace your entire HVAC system is not a happy thought. However having a true professional and amazing experience clean timely good value makes all the difference in the world. A special thank you to Casey for being so detail oriented with the install. And also thanks to Rick for assisting in running such an amazing team. I highly recommend Home Pro Heating and cooling out of Avon.

Thursday the 25th of June my wife and I lost AC to our house, knowing how hot the Indiana summer can be we were anxious to get it fixed. Going thought homepro to get it fixed was the best choice we could of made. A very nice man named Jordan with them came out and fixed our AC that very next day, the 26th. Jordan also took the time to properly explain how we could better handle and maintain the ac so that we don’t run into further problems. Overall a easy, painless, and time effective. I appreciate there services and his professionalism and guidance
