We have been using Godby Heating Plumbing Electrical for 5 years at our commercial rental site. Excellent service, very professional, minimal disruption to our operations. I can highly recommend them.
Godby HPE to the rescue! We had our annual HVAC inspection and our technician, Tyree noticed our water heater sprung a leak. Godby HPE was quick to get us fixed. Both teams were professional and on time. Gary and Jay left the area cleaner than they found it once the install was complete! I love how detailed the service teams are in covering what they did, what was found and recommendations they provide whenever service is needed. Godby HPE will always be my go to for our service needs!
Technician Kenny, was great. Very personable and did excellent work. He and his company were very attentive and did what they said when they said they would. So refreshing in todays world
Kenny is great. Extremely disappointed I had to pay $75 more for a trip charge since the replacement piece wasn't on the truck originally. Doesn't make since to me.

Foyer Light install for 20 ft ceiling. Texted a reminder the day before appointment and prior to arrival.. Arrived during time frame set. Tino, Francisco, and Chase were all courteous, clean, professional. Washed their hands after removing old fixture before handling the new one.. Attentive especially with 3 ladders, ii.e., 20 ft and 12 ft, not to hit the fixtures or walls. Installed completed within 2 hours. Cleaned up the packaging and vacuumed. You always get what you pay for. I have used in the past for other electrical needs and would use again.
Your employee was very pleasant and professional. He gave us some very good advice on several matters. He performed well.
Their electricians completed some work for us and said they called AES out before 12:30 to come turn the power back on within 1 to 3 hours. After we sit there the entire afternoon with no electricity, their electrician tells us that their office just called and AES will be out in up to 3 hours. This was at 5pm! The electrician leaves and I decide to call AES to find out what is going on. They tell me that Godby didn't call them out until 4:45! AES was out with 30 minutes after I called them. I spoke to the service manager, who was pretty unhelpful, and she just said she personally called AES earlier in the day. Could it have been miscommunication? Not sure. The electricians were very kind and knowledgeable, management not so much. Beware if you need them to contact AES for you. Probably want to follow-up on your own. Made me waste half a day and then just left before the power company was there to verify the work was correct and up to code. Started off as a great experience, but finished very poorly. Do your research as their are lots of options out there.
Tino was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. We felt confident that he would find the source of our electrical problem.
We requested a diagnostic of our HVAC and Water Heater. We currently use Broadripple Heating and Cooling and have for years. But we wanted a second opinion. Kenny was professional, very straight forward and did not make any unnecessary recommendations. We plan to use you going forward! Thanks
Godby installed a new A/C, Furnace, Thermostat and Humidifier. Duwayne, Joe and Kody were extremely professional, courteous, and responsive in each stage of the process from the sale of the equipment to the installation and explanation of each unit. Would highly recommend their services.

Godly has installed a water heater, water softener and has maintained and done repairs on my HVAC. Everyone there have been great to work with and really happy with the work.
The Technician has been to our home before and each time was very professional and knowledgeable of what he does.
Tyree, our technician, was polite, knowledgeable, and informative regarding our air conditioning unit. He didn't push but recommended what should be done. I definitely appreciate that.

Tyree was on-time, friendly, and quick with the repairs. He clearly and fully described what was wrong with the system and what repairs were needed prior to proceeding, along with sharing the expected costs. Excellent representative of the type of business delivered by Godby HPE.
The service was per our annual contract for A/C preventive maintenance and recalibrating of our thermostat. The service person was personable and attentive to the service needs. He seemed a little slow in his work. One of the switches was not turned back on so a second service had to come out to see why our A/C was not working and immediately solved the problem. Thanks to both
