This place is very driver unfriendly I bin here since yesterday to get off loaded and it’s 11:02 am still here waiting on them to load all of there delivery trucks I went in and checked in 3 times and I was told to go and wait in my truck very unprofessional
Just received a 18 inch shock cord for oversize load sign and it was so old that it broke in half before I got a chance to use it. Completely cracked and rotted right out of the box. Im certain it would have been obvious to the person packaging it. Charged me 21.55 to ship 1 $9 bungee cord.
I want to thank Junior for adjusting the problem and issue I had on a part item I ordered on a price,and Junior did me right adjusted things,he sent a tech to my place to fix the problem,which he did and come to find out the tech and I went to high school together!haven't seen each other in over 40 years,,Thanks again Junior for your help!
I have been dealing with them for many years. Seems I am always in an emergency situation and I need some part now not in 5 days. Without fail General Supply and their employees have come thru for me. Thank You!!!

The whole crew at general supply is great. We had snafu on window sizing and they worked with us. Tim even help me load it up. Hard to find good people like them now days.

Finding the right materials was a little bit of trouble. After walking through the materials requested were in a different location than the sales Representative was looking.
