I have been on both sides of the counter as both customer and employee. Great leadership and knowledgeable staff. Ken, Brad, Mike, Alan, and Chance always go above and beyond to help at the counter while Tom, Ray, Chrith, Jonathan, Nic, Brandon and Gabe make sure the orders are all pulled quickly and properly. Wendell is probably the best TM in the market and always gets things done when needed.

I have been dealing with G. W. Berkheimer for over 20 years. Ken and his crew have always been fair, and have given top notch service. Anytime we need extra info on Lennox, Ducane, Armstrong, or Mitsubishi, they are who we call. And they have an extremely well stocked supply house.
