I was trying to get an ignitor for my furnace. They said they only sell their parts to only professionals. I don’t get their intentions. This is the era of internet or online business. I could buy most of their products from any online business or any Grainger. If this is how they doing business, they must be doing wrong. They should open retail section right next the wholesale part just like car dealerships. Otherwise they will die down sooner or later. This is just my suggestion.
Owner is a goof! Asked me to contact him then called me and leaves a really long weird message. Very strange way to handle a customer complaint.
