Called for repair of our garbage disposal and calibration of our double oven on 4/1/21 and was told someone would be out 4/2 (Friday). I requested to be pushed to Monday, April 5th. On 4/2 I received a voice message that due to heavy call volume they would not be able to provide service for 2 weeks (4/16). As of 4/19, they stated that because we failed to return their call and confirm the two week delay for service was acceptable our request for service was cancelled. When I tried to reschedule I was told that they could put us back on the schedule but didn't know when or IF they would be able to provide service. Don't waste your time calling for service...they're too busy.
