Brian V performed my semi-annual HVAC check and was extremely thorough and explain to me everything being done. In addition, he totally washed the outside HVAC unit and ensure all was fully operational before leaving. GREAT SERVICE!!
We had a cooling breakdown several days after our preventative maintenance was done. Tom Bullock was here in less than two hours and found that the compressor capacitor had failed. In less than two hours the part had been replaced and the cooling began. We have been very pleased with the service from Chapman. Problems with our system have been rare with the preventive maintenance program. Techs are professional and always make sure we know what is going on with our system.
Steve arrived on time (as usual) and performed my AC check with his usual efficiency and professionalism. Steve has earned my trust over many years with his knowledge, helpful suggestions, and friendliness and is one of the main reasons I do business with Chapman.
Christopher was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He repaired the air conditioner after finding a defective capacitor. Bryant A/C unit is now working like new. Communication from Chapman was excellent throughout the process. Highly recommended!
Brian was excellent he was responsive and informative. He was a little late compared to the window for service. It's understandable with all the storms that have been rocking Indianapolis. He made sure to tell us what was going on and explaining what the issue was and explained what he was doing to check that everything was working. He was excellent. He made sure we were all good before leaving I would recommend to others.
Chapman's techs are always polite and knowledgeable. Have kept my service contract with them for quite a few years, and plan to continue with them.
I had Jake as a technician and he did a great job! I needed a capacitator for my AC and Jake explained what it was what it did and after agreeing to have it done I could tell that my AC was now running at full capacity. Thank you Chapman for sending us great technicians! CR
I called in the morning and Chapman was here by 12:45. David was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He fixed the problem and made sure nothing else would be an issue in the near future. Highly recommend this company!

We were pleasantly surprised how quickly we were contacted on a Sunday after scheduling an appointment with the service tech. Pricing was more than fair and our air conditioner was back working in a very short amount of time on a very hot day.
Keith is great and always does a top notch job. Very good at explaining things and good at answering questions. I always request him and have never been disappointed.
Chris came out on a Saturday to deal with a backed up drain. At one point he said that he had run into an issue and he didn't feel comfortable proceeding until he could have someone else come out to get a camera in to see what was happening. He didn't want to damage the pipe and cause a bigger issue. With it being a Saturday they could not get out until Monday. I appreciated Chris's honesty and integrity. He could have gone ahead and blindly plunged ahead and caused more damage but he didn't. Thank you Chris and Chapman for thinking of your customers.
Had Chapman come out and give me a quote for some AC repair. The service tech spent about 3 minutes assessing what needed to happen. Gave me very little info and then provided a quote for $1300. Looked up some of the material/equipment online and found everything marked up beyond belief. Called back for an explanation and many of the costs were attributed to a “number my manager gave me for the labor”. Got a second opinion from a different company and they were able to do all of the repair for $450. Use Chapman if you want to pay 3x as much as their competitors! Trying to price gauge customers who don’t have the expertise themselves. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if possible.
Brian Veile, did a fantastic job figuring out the issue with the AC unit for my tenant's house. Not only was he very thorough but extremely helpful with sharing his knowledge of the issue. I will definitely recommend Chapman going forward.
Over the weekend I suddenly had low water pressure and a whistling noise from my pipes. Chapman got me on the schedule for Monday and was out that morning. Aaron quickly figured out what was wrong (a failing water pressure regulator) and was able to fix it same day while also replacing some old water pressure gauges as well. Would definitely do business with them again.
very happy with their service. They were very detailed in my cleaning if my ac unit. They explained everything they were going to do in their service call. They cleaned areas of my unit that my old provider never cleaned. Very happy with their service. Glad I made them my HVAC provider.
