Josh and Ethan was absolutely amazing and professional. Great guys to do business with and would give them 10 stars out 5. Would recommend these guys to anyone I know and even don't know. I could say more however them and their work speaks for itself. I am a super pleased and happy customer. Thanks again guys and hope y'all have a great weekend.

We had issues with airflow to certain rooms in the house. I contacted Broad Ripple Service experts for a duct inspection and quote. I was shocked by how quickly they responded. I was able to schedule the inspection for the next day and repairs for the following week. Danny Hornbeck was amazing! He had to crawl into 100 year old crawlspaces to inspect the ducts. I would have cried, he was incredibly professional. I thought this was going to cost me thousands of dollars to repair but I was pleasantly surprised by the quote.

Quinton came out the other day to go over replacing our current HVAC system. He was timely, professional and courteous and did an excellent job helping us get the best deal possible on a new system. As a veteran it's important for us to work with companies that appreciate that service and they most definitely went above and beyond in recognizing that. We would highly recommend them.
Ira is excellent. Happy to have him do the inspection. David, Evan, and Ira were superb. They did a thorough review of vents, returns, duct work, and air temperature throughout the house. Then they made adjustments to the bathroom exhaust fans ventilation, and finished with blown-in insulation in the attic. All three were helpful, friendly, and expert in their work.
Bill was excellent, he worked hard to present many options for our needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to all involved in getting a very quick response to us.
Danny, David, and Evan came out today. Danny came out to check my AC for a leak as a second opinion and did amazing. The first company was trying to scam us he called it out. He went above and beyond and was very thorough. He even went in the crawl space just to check something we were curious about. Super brave because he said he’s super afraid of spiders. David and Evan came and put insulation in our attic. Great pricing 5 TIMES cheaper than the other quotes we got and super fast work. Just got quoted last week and they came first thing the following week and had it finished within an hour. They added a little extra (no extra cost) just to be kind. This company has great people who really care about others!
Installed a mini split for a customer last week and found out that we didn’t tighten a connection all the way. The tech was able to recharge the system once I tightened it down. They were very helpful and quick even though no one else had any availability. Thanks Jesus
DJ and Quentin were so great! Both were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! They answered all of our questions thoroughly and stated until we had gotten every bit of info that we needed. Will definitely be requesting both guys for our next visit.
We hired Broadripple Service Experts to fix our new A/C unit which was running into problems, as the company that originally installed it stopped responding. Our technician Danny was friendly, responsive, and was great at answering all of our questions. He went the extra mile, coming late in the evening after a full day of other jobs, to get our system up and running during a week of 90º temps. We are so grateful, and we look forward to working with Danny and Broadripple Service Experts in the future!
Evan and Jeff came out today to trouble shoot our home heating/cooling system. Great experience! Timely, knowledgeable, professional polite and thorough. Gave clear options for us to consider as we make a decision on which option is best on for us. These guys are great representatives for the company! Very impressed!
Shout out to the team that walked us thru this entire process of a new unit: Jesus & Ben to come out & check initially & Brett & Shaun on the install. What amazing humans that made time in their busy week to make sure we had AC in 90+ heat outside for us & mostly our babies 😭 10/10 on customer service. Excellent technician - efficient, thorough, and he knew what he was doing. He did not cut corners but did a very complete checkup, advising me of issues that may arise in the future.
Bill was absolutely incredible. He was timely, professional, and even taught me a thing or two about plumbing! I will be calling them back next time we need a plumber.
