I used this company in the past on two occasions. On the last visit, they overcharged and would not change the amount. The office staff were unsure about the charging policy. Kirk the manager would not refund $99 of a bill of $412. I would not use this company again..
I recently had a complicated situation with my old boiler, but Bolls Heating and Cooling made the process of replacing it simple and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The technicians who installed my new boiler were especially impressive. Despite the complexity of the situation, they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and explain the solution in terms I could understand. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. Oh my goodness!!! Where do I even begin?!?!?! I truly feel so blessed to have found Bolls Heating & Cooling! We were having several issues with our furnace due to it being original to our home 20+ years… several parts have gone out on it, once in the summer we lost air-conditioning and twice in the winter we lost heat. Unfortunately, the first couple times, I didn’t know about Bolls Heating and Cooling so we went with another popular company. It was the worst experience ever!!! Everything you can imagine that would ruin your experience dealing with a furnace repair. Talk about stress and anxiety! Parts and labor, charged an arm and a leg… outrageously, and customer service so so terrible. Turn around time to fix was 2 weeks, no a/c. Plus much more, but I want to rave all about Bolls. Fast forward to last week, I ended up calling Bolls heating and cooling to install a new furnace. They are beyond amazing, incredibly friendly, very warm, and you’re getting real feedback (not sales pitch to add to their margins $$$). They are HONEST and fair in pricing and the customer service was top notch!! I’m talking 5+ stars!!! If I could give 100 stars I would! Just dealing with Sandy, the representative in the office, to the technicians Brandon and Pete, all the way down all the way up to the owner… every step of the way every single person I dealt with was so kind, easy, warm and urgent in our matter!!! If you need a new HVAC system, furnace, a/c, or any type of repair I highly highly highly recommend Bolls! What more can you ask for?! Honest company/ ppl to work with and SUPER fair pricing, it makes the entire process not so anxiety driven, stress free, and easy. Thank you so much Bolls!
Again Bolls and their tech Brian responded quickly and fixed the problem. I recommend them all the time. Do not hesitate doing business with Bolls. You will be glad you switched. It is difficult to find the right words to fully express the job Bolls did when they replaced my heat pump. I have had a maintenance contract with them for several years. My tech has always been always been Brian. He is great. So when I needed to replace my heat pump I called them. Nick came and quoted a price. It turns out the installation took 2 days and several techs were here. I want to thank Mark, Joe , and Brandon. All Bolls personal are professional, courteous and and friendly. I would recommend Bolls to others because their service is top notch.
We've been satisfied customers for years. We love our service plan because it prevents us from having to think about our HVAC system. Twice a year Jeff comes and makes sure we're ready for the next six months. It's a relief to know that little problems will likely be discovered before they turn into big ones.
