Our a/c motor went out this weekend. I contacted Rob before the office was even open. Rob told me what he thought issue was and ballpark price to replace motor. Arrived a few hrs later and completed install quickly and for the price we discussed. Great company and great service! I will definitely be continuing business with them. 7-6-23 New system service today. Same experience as always. Great customer service and friendly attitude even in this heat. Will always use Baptist for our HVAC needs.

I called 5/31 because my a/c w wasn’t working. Rob was here by 9:30 am the next day! He found the issue quickly and fixed it with no problem. I would definitely call them again.
Rob is wonderful. He is very responsive and helpful. I truly appreciate his attentiveness answering all our questions and coming in the most random times. We have worked with them for over 15 years and he has always come through for us. Thank you Rob!

I was very pleased with the knowledge and responsiveness of the owner. He was also trustworthy and easy to work with. My old furnace was not working during the heating season. They replace the furnace and AC systems the next day.I would highly recommend using this vendor.

I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL!! Our heat went out on late afternoon Friday 12/23 during our coldest day this year, so I called to see if they could come fix it. They walked me through a few things on the phone, asked me to turn off the unit to prevent additional damage, gave me pointers on how to supplement heat and prevent heat loss, and told me they would not be able to make it out until late (basically last in line). Given our need, I was fine with that and Rob wanted to make sure I understood what that meant… explaining it may be late night/early morning before he could make it but he would be here. I again agreed. He text me about 9:45pm stating he would be at our house next within about 2hrs; he arrived around that 2hr mark and started working on our furnace. He didn’t have the part needed with him so he ran back to his shop and came back to install, by 1:30am our heat was back up and running. Very caring, friendly, professional service… also, he had at least another stop after ours… very dedicated. Yes, it is a service that requires a fee, but Rob cares! I did not get sold on other packages or maintenance items… the total opposite, he gave us pointers on how to avoid issues and quick ways to fix some issues that could cause someone to call in for service. Best service call and experience ever!!! The world needs more Robs!!
Baptist quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. He explained the cause and effect of the problem. While working on the furnace, he explained each step and quickly finished the job. Everything worked correctly, and the cost was 33 percent less than I expected. I highly recommend Baptist Heating and Air. John
Our furnace stopped working potentially due to an issue with the thermostat. Our technician Rob investigated the issue and resolved the situation quickly. We will certainly call the company again for service issues and ask for Rob. We recommend that you do the same!
I am glad i chose Baptist. They answered all my questions prior to installation. They installed system timely and installers were very experienced and knowledgeable. System is working great and also glad i chose American Standard.

Contracted Baptist to install a complete new system from ground up in November 2015 no return air installed no duct work installed, unit leaked carbon monoxide for 2 years before a new company came to clean because Baptist refused to honor a 3 year maintenance agreement. Now we found out the heat exchanger was broken and they repaired it without informing us. These people are not to be trusted. In fact they still have never provided us with our bill of sale. Shysters all the way.

We had water leaking from air handler in basement - clogged drain - came same day and fixed quickly for us. We had them install the entire system for us several years ago, including ecobee thermostat, high efficiency heat pump, 4” filters, UV light and whole house humidifier. Very happy with system and service we receive
I had a different company replace my compressor because the air quit working and that’s what the guy said was wrong. He replaced it then was telling me I was having a issue with my breaker panel and a few other things that wasn’t making since on why it wasn’t working after I paid him. Then said he was coming back and never did. So I had another company come out and they couldn’t figure it out and said they think the new compressor is bad. So then I called Baptist and Rob came out and figured it all out. The compressor wasn’t bad, it was the previous installer wired it wrong and a few other things he did wrong that Baptist found. Baptist is the only people I will ever be calling again with any HVAC needs!!
