Zero stars given!!! Owner DERRICK LANE pulled a GUN (07/19/2022) out on my husband for trying to get answer to why they are providing such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Police were called and a report was filed, however; DERRICK LANE FLED THE SCENE ONCE POLICE ARRIVED. Officer search the warehouse and were unable to find the Owner DERRICK LANE. We have had the A/C Unit for over 7 years (with a 10 year warranty) and each year we have to call every SEASON to have our unit repaired. In an attempt to get our A/C unit serviced (for the 13th time) we have been told by JAMIE who runs the office, we would no longer be serviced after she had belittled us and lied about the text we were sending Derrick Lane. This company is horrible and I would suggest you never use this company. We will be notifying Bryant Heating & Cooling, BBB, and our lawyer on these outstanding issues. If you are reading this along with ALL the other dissatisfied customers NEVER USE "ALL SEASON HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY."
Zero stars..Purchased a new ac unit… 2 years later we need service. Continual no shows 3 times in 3 days… no calls, came but it quit working within an hour. Returned again only to leave for parts and not come back. When we questioned the office about the diagnosis and hassles of not showing up.. we were told to get service somewhere else by the office person Jamie. So do yourself a favor and get service or products somewhere else because apparently that’s what they want.
This place has been out ten times and still has not fixed our AC and keep lying to my landlord and telling them they fixed it and it's a 100 degrees in our house!!!🤔🙏🙏🙏

I called for service had a response within 20 minutes Billy was out fixed our furnace within 2 hours very professional wore a mask gloves footwear would definitely use this company again 5 stars

Ive never used all seasons for any service but I have to say that, the other day while driving my wife home from work one of their service techs let us in while at a stop. At the Sargent and Lantern road intersection. He had the right of way. But still let us in. If this is an example of the service they provide I will definitely refer them business. It’s the little things that make the difference The truck # was 181
They have took care of our clubhouse and club brothers excellent wouldn't go anywhere else knowledgeable and honest

Worst Service ever had all new Services installed and something wasn’t hooked up correctly my heat pumps won’t come on I cannot get anyone from the office to call me back I have called over 32 times since August to make an appointment for someone to come out and get the excuse! I have tried serval times to give them a chance to fix this matter but none seems to care! So my next step is courts and the News Channels. They definitely don’t back there services and once they have your money they don’t care to contact you! I wouldn’t recommend this company
If I could put zero stars I would. We have a Furnace and air conditioner that was a new build. All Seasons was the company that installed the system, per our builder. In January our Furnace went out, we called them at 8 in the evening and told them we needed help because we had a 2 week old baby. After 6 hours, no call back and us calling them again, we had to call another company, who fixed our issue. I did a review online and explained my poor experience. We now have an issue with our AC, I called them 2 days in a row and never got a call back. My wife calls and the person that answered the phone said very rudely that she would call if she heard anything. My wife got a voicemail a little later that said, we will never service your units because your husband gave us a bad review, and the owner said to find someone else. Thanks for your help.
