Throughout the entire service appointment, Patea S. displayed the utmost professionalism, expertise, and sincere dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Patea was unfailingly courteous and respectful and never attempted to push me into unnecessary repairs or services. He took great care to treat both my home and myself with the highest level of consideration, wearing protective shoe covers and tidying up after completing the job. His approachable personality and willingness to address my inquiries made the experience pleasant and professional. Thanks to his diligent repairs, my system operates smoothly and efficiently. Overall, I can confidently say that Airtron has recently exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Their maintenance plans are definitely worth the investment. My experience with Airtron has always been exceptional, from the first quote for whole house replacement, to the annual service, they have been on-time, professional, and provide exceptional service.
Nick was very knowledgeable & thorough in diagnosing the problem. He was very polite& stayed late so we would be comfortable for the holiday.
I got a unit that was install exactly 3 years ago, for repair a oil leak they want to charge me $1610 with a maintenance contract, that’s outrageous, I asked the technician Jerry if he was going to replace the compressor and told me NO, just cut the pipe and replace for new pipe.
Called to have my Airtron installed a/c moved 3 ft for pool install. Airtron said it would cost $1,395.00 . And they could do it next day. Sounded outrageous, and it was. Competitor moved unit for 376.00.
Our technician Christopher Thomas was exceptional! He noticed our UV system was out. Said there had been issues with the ballast on the unit we had. Replaced it with newer Honeywell unit of better quality under the warranty. Found another issue with the capacitor showing signs of failure. Replaced under warranty as well. Very satisfied.
Charles was here for quite awhile working to make sure our system was all working correctly. He was very professional & his attention to detail was appreciated. Best technician Airtron has ever sent here.

HORRIBLE! 16 days in a new home and they can't get it fixed for 4 days. These people cannot solve problems. Only when I called for the 3rd time did they offer an undersized "cool spot." Why did they not offer this to start with when they knew it would be several days?!?!?! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Run away fast and don't use this company. (I marked "service no listed" because they haven't fixed anything yet) Contacted "Julian" via previously posted contact informaton. He/She has yet to respond.
Completely useless. We have a unit from them that is still under warranty that has stopped working while it’s 90 degrees outside. Their solution is to send someone out in 5 days. There is no option to pay extra for an emergency call or an urgent appointment. It was a complete waste to even call them, don’t bother.
Had a tech come to look at my system, literally spent 3 minutes looking at the outside unit and said the compressor was “locked “ up! $4000 to replace. I checked the capacitor.and found it to be very weak. Changed out for $125. No issues since. I do not recommend.
These guys are horrible. This morning one of their trucks was parked illegally in Grammercy West in on an ally way. Not only does the community impose a $500 fine for this but he was blocking my wife from leaving the house. She asked him to move and he got out to argue with her. He was aggressive, inappropriate and made my wife cry for fear. When men are abusive to women in this manner, especially when they are in the wrong, god knows how they act with women in their personal live. Nonetheless, no woman or man who has a woman in his life should ever use this company. They need to be shut down for lack of business. I am not even going to mention the poor service when we called them out. Horrible design, top floor stays warm and bottom is freezing. They got problems.
The Airtron tech was polite and professional. He arrived on time and completed the thorough inspection promptly.
Technician Juatin was exceptional. Professional, personable and helpful. Explained the service he performed. and offered helpful professional advice to keep system running well ie filter change, hosing off outside unit. A very thorough tune up.
The technician was so knowledgeable, and he explained everything he was doing.
6/13/23: Jonathan was our technician and did a really great job. He is very cordial and knowledgeable (explains things very well), plus performs his job efficiently and well. Jonathan is an excellent representative of a quality company -AirTron.
The Airtron Jacob May came and explained how I needed to change my Thermostat setting as the information I had was not informative enough. He was very professional, personable and and knew his job really well. We have used Airtron for at least 16 years and they always do a great job.
