Fix's heat
Called set a appointment guy never showed up tried calling to see where he was or if he was gonna show up couldn't answer said they were busy he might be late or have to reschedule very unprofessional
The secretary was rude but the technician was excellent! Update: The old secretary must be gone because everybody is friendly now! Terry was amazing he came out the day after I called. My air had went out and I needed a new thermostat! It was also very reasonably priced! I thought it was gonna be more than it turned out to be! Thank you Terry and staff, keep it up,you are doing a great job!
Fast, friendly, affordable and accurate. A quick simple affordable repair. Told me what I may need in the future but DID NOT try to sell me things I didn’t need.
They had a technician here within 15 minutes of my first call. The furnace did develop a new issue a couple of days later, so AAA came back and made it right. Very honest company and fair prices. I won't be scared to call a pro anymore.
We have used this business for our HVAC needs for over 25 years and they have always been very prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and nice to us. I would recommend them to everyone.
My technician Terry was awesome. I was able to get me an appointment with this company the next day after I called. Terry was professional and had the problem fixed on my heating system 10 minutes after looking at it. He was in and out of here in about 15 to 20 minutes total. I would highly recommend this company. He explained the problem and fixed it in a timely manner! Thanks AAA!!!😊

Very friendly and helpful HVAC technician. Gave me an honest opinion of my furnace and a/c unit. Very good price for the work completed. Will call again. TY
So far we’ve had horrible service with this branch. I have a small child and we’ve been without air conditioning for a couple weeks. I have been calling this same branch for several days, and the scheduling lady has been rude several times over the phone and couldn’t answer simple questions I had about a time frame, etc.h We kept getting told a service tech will be out “sometime Tuesday (7/9/19)” and that she would call us with a time closer to the day. Never did. We even called the day before, still couldn’t give us a time frame of when we were even on the schedule. I had to take off and miss an entire day of work because I was told I had to be here when they were working, just so we could then be notified they can’t make it today (3:30p). So now I have to miss another entire day just to wait around. I understand the weather is bad, people are cranky and Indianapolis is big, but work on your customer service skills and learn how scheduling works. Our home will no longer be using AAA Heating Service Inc. Good luck if you do!

Great service. Came out within a couple of hours to fix our furnace. Tech went out of his way by making 2 trips to save us money and solve our problem. Highly recommended
Nothing but praise for AAA heating and cooling. Manager and employees were very professional, knowledge, kind, and prompt. Had multiple issues with furnace, and they worked diligently, and patiently, to resolve all issues, never giving up. Thank you kindly AAA! 😊
my heating was only working intermittently ...would not stay on. of course it was working when guy came out so he said I was probably not programming the thermostat right! he offered a new basic one for $80 (I bought my own for less than $40 in store). I asked him to do service and clean it ready for winter and he charged me $97. Today, two months later, I was still having issues and had someone else out who pulled out the filter and said hadn't been changed in a long while...was three or four inches thick with dust! So AAA like to blame and over charge their customers for work they don't do. Five stars for showing up a day earlier than arranged at 8am, but will never use again.
