Excellent company for pluming repair. I've got an old toilet and it clogs an abnormal amount of times per year so its good having these guys on speed dial until we replace the old thing hah
prompt repairs even when other companies in the area were unavailable.
Kyle came out and gave us great service. We were able to get the part the same day and our heat is now working again. I felt the price was very reasonable and service was conducted in a timely manner. I would use fire & ice again.
I used Fire & Ice for heat pump repair and maintenance and they were fantastic. Their plumbers are experienced and polite. They answered all our questions and were incredibly helpful. There's no doubt I'll be using them again and again in future.

Normally plumbers hesitate to attend to any extra requests other than what was initially agreed upon. But the team at Fire & Ice Heating / Cooling is kind and courteous, always willing to assist with everything you may have that requires their assistance.

We had a leaking pipe that had disrupted our water supply. We contacted Fire & Ice Heating / Cooling and they sent someone the same day to fix it for us. It was a nice experience!

For some reason, our sinks are always getting clogged. Not sure if its hair from one of the dogs when we bathe them, or just that we have narrow pipes or something, but either way, Fire & ice is always there to save the day for us

Eric gave our Lennex system a thorough inspection. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He spent considerable time checking the system and reviewed what he checked. Based on his inspection, we signed a service contract which we felt was a very good value. The contract says no trip fees. Great! And, they are a part of Adam's Plumbing whom I already use.

I am calling for my aunt first time don't do anything was charged $140 I asked for new installation I waited over a month not getting answers when I call back they told me you have to fill out application paperwork. I have been waiting 2nd time 3 weeks not getting installation yet when I call back they told me you have to wait for scheduled I am done. Never ever call you thanks
They did regular maintenance service on my furnace. The service man was very polite and explained everything he did. Extremely happy.
