Installation was done in 2017 by Wills Heating & A/C. No issues with install or routine maintenance. Both furnace and A/C have operated flawlessly and I will continue to use Wills for any additional work than arises.

If you want to be ignored for months about your concerns then this is your company. We had a gas leak due to improper installation and were told it was nothing for months. When we Finally called our gas company to explain what we were smelling because my headaches were sooo bad they said it was an emergency! Any gas leak is a serious deal. Finally wills heating sent out someone with a reader and it was very clearly leaking gas into our home. Nothing was done to make right their huge mistake. I would never recommend this company! Especially if you have children, you do not want such negligence.

We called 4 other places to get our furnace fixed tonight,and they were the only ones who answered and they came out within 30 minutes and did the job and they were awesome. Definitely using them again! Thank you guys appreciate it so much especially for how cold it is. Means a lot!

Did all our maintenance on two HVAC systems for many years. When it was time for new AC and heating system they were the logical choice. Great system and great installation, I couldn't be happier.
