We had a great crew and they explained everything to my husband and they did amazing work,everyone should call them with any problems 👌we are having major issues with our air conditioning system, not happy

Pustai Heating and Cooling is a wonderful company to do business with. I was able to receive estimates from a number of companies throughout the area and their quotes were by far the best in terms of replacing my heating boiler system. George and his team were responsive in nature, and they were able to replace my heating unit in an effective amount of time and took all of the necessary steps to go above and beyond my expectations. For those in need of a repair and/or replacement, I would highly encourage giving this company a chance as I could not have asked much more from a company during such unprecedented times.
Based on a recommendation from multiple friends, I called Pustai heating and cooling for an estimate to replace my HVAC system. I was told I needed an appointment with George that he doesn’t quote replacements and repairs without seeing what’s going on. He came out looked over my system explained to me the things that he disliked about my ductwork and how my original 16 year old unit had been installed. Not one part of the process was cookie cutter, at no point was I given a sales pitch, it was just good honest advice on how to improve the efficiency and the efficacy of my heating and cooling. The pricing was fair, the job was done on time, and there was nothing more I could ask for out of a service company. I’ll continue to recommend Pustai heating and cooling to anybody who asks me who I use.
I solicited 3 bids for my full furnace and AC replacement. George Pustai's evaluation of my existing HVAC as well as the proposal for a system replacement was the most comprehensive. He did not try to upsell. The installers were all on time, (somewhat of a rarity lately!) knowlegable and very professional. Pustai's installers/technicians are real HVAC pros!

We contracted Pustai's to install our new furnace and air conditioning. These guys were great. They were very reasonably priced and were fantastic onsite.

Got new energy efficiency heater install and hot water heater, we didn't realize how inefficient our old hot water heater was now for winter to hit and try out the new heater, especially please with the professionalism of the whole team
My A/C was not working and their service tech who came out could not diagnose the problem. He said it was the outside air handler but since it was a variable speed unit made by Trane he was not able to diagnose the problem. He suggested that I get a Trane service tech out to look at it. I paid him 80 dollars and my air still did not work. I had a Trane service guy come out and he determined that one of the pressure switches on the air handler was bad. It was certainly something the Pustai tech could have and should have figured out. Nice enough guy but could not figure it out. My guess is they can fix simpler systems but not the more modern variable speed stuff even though my system is from 2004.
Very professional, punctual service and very knowledgeable. All the guys involved with the installation were super great! I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.
First contact with this company was when we had to replace our old furnace. Met with the owner, George, and found him to be the most straight forward and helpful of any of the contractors that we had met with. Chose Pustai for the installation, and since then used them for regular HVAC PM, and repairs for our older AC unit. The entire staff is helpful and knowledgeable and always puts customer satisfaction as their top priority.

Thank you Pustai Heating and Cooling for coming to the rescue and replacing our AC system. Our system died on a Saturday, with the temperature over 90 degrees! We had our new system in by Wednesday. All of your staff were great. From the answering service, the gentleman who came out to give us a quote, your office and the installers!! Everyone gets a 10 in my book! We first used Pustai during the polar vortex a few years ago, when our furnace called it quits. George Pustai personally came out and oversaw the work being done. We were so impressed with the service and price that we called them again recently to install a smart thermostat in our older home. The technician was very thorough and did a great job. A few days later, as luck would have it, our AC unit from 1997 decided it just could not go on one single minute longer. We thought of no other company to come replace our AC unit, and are glad we went with them. Excellent job, fair pricing!
We had a great experience using Pustai for our needs. George and his team were great and we appreciate the good job they did! We had a pretty tricky install but they got it all done with no problem. It had rained before they came and when they were done with the job, you wouldn't have even known they were just there, they didn't leave a trace of dirt! Very professional, timely and courteous.
Our furnace was going out. We called in the afternoon and someone came out the next morning. We needed a new furnace. George came out that afternoon and let us know what would work best for our needs. They were out the next morning to install our new furnace. This happened during those cold days of winter and was greatly appreciated.
