Payton is a joy to have in my home. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. She listens to my thoughts, researches my questions and provides real time answers and possible solutions that Peterman can offer. I’m always happy to hear when she is the technician coming. She’s the one that I’d prefer to do my work at all times.

We needed a new hot water heater, and, as luck would have it, over the July 4th holiday. Our call to Peterman Bothers put us in contact with Josh Brooks. Upon Josh's inspection of our current plumbing scheme, he discovered a couple errors made by the original installers. His knowledge and professionalism were major factors in our selection of Peterman Brothers for the replacement of our defective water heater. The two technicians dispatched by Peterman Brothers for installation were on time and "hit the road running." From a quick observation of their work, it was obvious that Erin and Brandon were well trained and had a five-star work ethic. No more cold showers!
I always have a wonderful experience with all of The Peterman Brothers staff. Adeyemi completed my HVAC maintenance with attention to detail and thoroughness. Adeyemi went above and beyond today, and I cannot recommend them enough.
Michael Ashburn from Peterman Brothers did an awesome job! Super responsive, very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything and did a great job at a reasonable price. Peterman and Michael are my go-to plumbers from here on out!
Called for unclog of washing machine drain. Awesome professionalism. Ask questions regarding drain. Explained the protection plan. Found the issue HAIR. I have only been living here for 9 months…so it was a previous problem with former home owner. However My washing machine drains great now! Awesome work Maurice!
Billy Kendall and Jeremy Clark came to check our plumbing and did great work! Super friendly, especially to our dog who wouldn’t leave them alone :) We definitely recommend Peterman Brothers!!
Peterman’s Plumbing was very professional and had quick response time! When Mr Hoffman came to fix my leaking faucet he knew exactly the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He was very courteous and honest. Thank you for making my experience a good one! I will definitely use again 😊
Addressed our issue promptly, from initial call to final resolution. All personnel were already with professional, personnable and were well versed in their area of expertise. However, that said, the vent cleaning scheduled fir 2 days later was a no show and still waiting for a firm date on reschedule.
I called the company for the first time so I can keep up maintenance on my air-conditioning system. I couldn't get my thermostat to come back on after a 10 second power outage. Come to find out all I had to do was push a button. He charged me for other things that I didn't need instead costing me almost $200 dollars that I had to fight like hell to get back. I still had faith in them however. I thought my water tank was leaking water. They turned it off and started showing high priced water tanks and filters that I just couldn't afford. Come to find out through an insurance claimed I filed. The water tank was fine. The leak came from somewhere else. I was without hot water for months and months. They are giving me grief after they sales tactics on a first time homeowner to try and get me to make a purchase I didn't need to make. I feel completely ripped off and taking advantage off.
Dillon arrived o. Time and completed our water heater flush as requested. Dillon also tested our water for the performance of our water softener and was very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our Peterman experience!
James was friendly and professional. He took his time with our light fixture installations to make sure that everything was to our liking. I like that you get your estimate upfront so that no surprises come later.
Kacey came to our home for a routine plumbing inspection. She was very courteous, informative, and professional. As a long time customers of Peterman, we’ve been very happy with their service over the years!
We have used Peterman for many years and are in our late 60s. We’ve probably spent over $100k on them with a high turnover of technicians in recent years. Pete Peterman was very customer service oriented but since his sons took over and they have expanded, they have become more money oriented, selling things not needed and a lack of customer service. We spent thousands on our recent unit and it has stopped working many times as we sit in a 80 degree home this evening on the hottest day of the year. Response was, we can be out 6 days later even though we have the highest membership. We don’t do reviews but this one is to let folks know our experience. It’s been a frustrating one. Time for a change.
Our serviceman was Marc. He was very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining the problem to us. We especially liked knowing enough to decide what our repair procedure should be.We will be glad to see him Friday when he comes for the repair. Thanks you, Susan Martin
I cannot say enough about the service providers that helped me get through this water and electrical disaster. All 3 were so thorough and explained everything. Most of our appliances were not working and my husband was in the hospital. They picked up on my high stress level and worked to get me back up and running the same day. They even managed to get me a new water heater the same day. I am so grateful for the service provided by Ryan Harrison, Carson, and I am so sorry I cannot remember the name of the third person.
We had an emergency call with a broken water heater. Peterman Bros responded the next morning (only delayed due to other emergencies they already responded to) and got us a plan to replace and update our setup. Our tech Lucas explained everything clearly, all options available and any background information and reasons why some were recommended more than others. He also did the other service checks included in the service plan and checked on our sump pump! Great service!
Peterman Brothers is great! I highly recommend joining their maintenance plan. It includes free heating/cooling and plumbing evaluations once a year; remember, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure (especially so you don't end up frantically trying to find someone to unclog your main drain at the tail end of the evening while everything in the house is overflowing. Can you tell I speak from experience here? ;)) And of course, they do repairs if (when!) they're needed, at reasonable prices. Scheduling is easy, and both the front office and the techs in the field are friendly and professional. They're our go-to service guys, and I recommend them highly.
I have been using Peterman’s for a couple of years now and they have been responsive, thorough, and helpful. Kevin was my servicer and I appreciate the time he took to go through everything. I also like that they take pictures so you can see what is going on. This is helpful.
