We had a water leak that turned out to be inside our air handler. Water on the floor, which we got stopped before it did any damage. There was a piece of foam that somehow was inside the handler that fell to the water drain that dispels condensation from the cooling coil. Since Mark IV installed the handler, they did the repair with no coast to me. I think it was a manufacturer's error since there would be no way for the installer to know that piece of foam was inside the handler.
Mark IV got us back and running with our current AC unit and gave us a very reasonable quote for the new unit we are purchasing. Very easy to work with, highly recommend.

We were struggling with heat, parts unavailable and crews booked when we reached Mark IV Environmental. And within two hours of our phone call, we got an inspection, parts repaired and an air conditioner blowing cold air. Jason’s work was terrific and we really appreciated his honesty on future repairs—what we will need and what we don’t need for the time being. We’ve already recommended this company to our neighbors.

We rented a Soft Serve Ice cream machine for our sons graduation party for Mark IV. There were very friendly and accommodating. They were by far the cheapest around IN and OH. I rented it over a holiday weekend and they only charged me for one day rental when others wanted to charge 4 day rental. Would definitely recommend!
We used this business for rental of a soft serve ice cream machine. Very pleasant staff and we’ve highly recommended them to several other potential customers attending our event where the machine was used.
The servicemen were clean, intelligent and quiet. I work from home and I could work with no loud noises or talking in the background. The people in the office were helpful and I had my AC replaced within a week. I will come back here in the future. I would reccomend them to everyone.
