Best Technicians Around. Quick & Straight Forward.
Shaun was great! Very responsive and explained what the problem was and options to fix. He repaired our AC in a very timely manner. Will use him again if needed.
Their drivers are terrible. I See them all the time on the road and have about been run off the road now three different times. Watch out.
JD and Brian were very professional and lots of communication! The internal response system gave us a piece of mind that they were coming so we knew when to expect them at our house! We cannot thank Good Guys enough! My fiance and I were being mislead by both our realtor, our seller, and every one of their "professionals" they had looking at the HVAC system in the home we were trying to purchase. We were fed up with the list of reasons why the obviously defective AC would not cool the home below 77 degrees, and decided to get the best rated HVAC people on the job. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! Good Guys was impeccable! Our specialist, Jason, knew what was wrong very quickly and continued with the full inspection of the HVAC system, noting everything wrong, not just the main problem - EVERY problem. His thoroughness saved us from stepping into a home that we could not have afforded to fix, let alone fix in the correct way. We now have the honest and correct information to defend ourselves in the situation, and hopefully this home will finally get the care it should have gotten over so many years. Get the truth! Get Good Guys!
They actually got to my house sooner than the scheduled time! Shane Anthony figured the problem out and worked quickly and diligently. Had my AC fixed within the hour of arriving. Highly recommended calling them!
Your search for a good HVAC company is over! We were connected to this service team through our home warranty. Our technician, Brian, is friendly and was very patient with my kids wanting to try and talk his ear off while he worked. 😅 He was great about texting any time he had an update about where we were with our claim. When we hit a snag with the home warranty company, we felt like Good Guys was on our side and doing everything they could to help us. Steve came along with Brian on instal day. He was also friendly and professional. Those guys worked hard and got our new system installed in a few hours. They made sure we knew important info about what filters to buy and how to install them (helpful info, as new home owners). When they were finished, everything was cleaned up and finished off professionally. We would enthusiastically refer anyone to choose this company for their repair/install needs.
My furnace stopped working and these guys were my first call. Joe came out within an hour (!), diagnosed the problem and had the furnace up and running quickly. Extremely knowledgeable, no BS up selling on unnecessary products or services- just sound advice and quality workmanship at a reasonable price. The next time I have HVAC needs- with an old house it’s only a matter of time- this will be my only call.

Furnace broke down and these guys drove out the day it happened, spent over 3 hours trying to identify the issue, and got it fixed. Considering it was a Saturday, in the middle of winter, I could not have been more satisfied. Their response time, attention to detail, and affordability were all an A+. I could not recommend them more!
My old system continued to break down so JD installed a new system for me. The new system has a great warranty and I no longer worry about what's going to happen the next cold night we get. JD always responded immediately after I messaged him and came out to fix the issue quickly. When they say they will be there at a certain time, they actually show up at that time! Great customer service and a great company. Thank you.

Very professional but nice. Installed our Nest thermostat without any problem. Cleaned our very dirty furnace. We just purchased this house and the furnace had not be maintained. We will definitely use them on a regular basis. AC will need to be serviced in the spring. Great value for a great job.

Great communication. Prompt return call when I had made a scheduling mistake. Same day service on a 12:30 pm weekday call. Steve was my technician. He was extremely polite and informative. Reasonably priced as they are paid by the job (not hourly). I have (finally) found my go to heating company.
