Very thorough in what has to be done before the new unit to be installed. And showed me what needs to be done to keep the furnace going.
They didn't show up prepared. We have a number of units and two of them require a ladder to get into the attic and they did not bring a ladder with them. I had to provide a ladder. They have been out here for a few years so they should have known what they needed.
Everything was replaced and installed professionally. I highly recommend Jake’s!
Jake's went above and beyond my expectations. Their team was friendly, transparent, easy to contact, and really did a great job. We had a power surge that took out all our appliances. We needed a new ac unit and water softener replaced asap. They were super fast compared to other companies scheduled 2 weeks or more out. Jake threw in a free surge protector and also a free water softener with the AC upgrade. I also learned today he does a lot of work for our Veterans. So many great and timely repairs, that we became monthly members! Josh has worked on and maintained our HVAC unit multiple times and Donnie repaired a plumbing issue we had recently. Every experience has been smooth and handled quickly! It's great to finally have a company and technicians I can trust with our home projects at prices that are very reasonable. They install all new plumbing system.. installed a outdoor water spicket, installed a pressure tank on water heater, plus numerous other repairs. So very friendly, prompt and courteous, a very energetic and thorough worker. We couldn't ask for any better. Thank you.
