We had a positive experience with Lamb's from start to finish replacing our entire 17+ year old HVAC system (heat pump and indoor air handler). The first person that came to give the estimate was on time (and gave an actual time instead of a 4 hour window). He provided many viable options for us to choose. The workers that came out to perform the installation were all polite and efficient (no standing around smoking or shooting the breeze). They all wore booties to protect my floor and keep it clean. The office person was very nice when I called to obtain a certificate I needed for a rebate. I will not hesitate to call Lamb's for any future service.
I am a landlord in Louisville. I have used many subcontractors over the years. Lamb's is far and away the best. I have used them to install furnaces + a/c condensing units, as well as repairs and service...they have been able to diagnose and repair when other HVAC contractors said to replace or couldn't trace down the problem. They are honest and competitively priced. For me as a landlord, the communication every step of the way is extremely important and valued. I receive notification of appointment settings, when a tech is on the way, during or after appointment to explain the service needed or completed. I usually will not recommend subs to close friends or family because if something goes wrong they come to me of course, but wouldn't and haven't hesitated to do with Lamb's.
A year ago when my 1 year warranty was still active and my air conditioning tripped the circuit breaker they said “nothing was wrong” and blamed me for not changing the filter often enough. Fast forward to not even a year later and it happens again and my warranty is expired so I had to pay a full price bill for them fixing it. It was an exposed wire. I figure the problem was there before. That means not only did they not fix a problem but I was living with a potential fire hazard that whole time.
A little red 4door car clipped me on the highway your drivers need to do better it was marked as car 29 I have a picturw of your plates as well I was on my way out of town for a family emergency meanwhile your employee was smoking in the company car
Lamb's Heating and Air did a phenomenal job installing the new furnace and A/C units in our home. The staff was wonderful to work with and ensured we were satisfied with the service. The team was very professional, clean, and courteous on the job. Put your trust in this local HVAC company. Great Job!

Excellent Service! I live in Minneapolis and needed a furnace replace at my parents house in Louisville KY. I contacted Jacob late on Monday to see if he can have his guys come out and take a look at the furnace ASAP. He had a technician contact me right away and schedule for service on Tuesday. After the technician came by they found out that the furnace needed to be replaced. My dad was getting out of hospital and needed to have the heat running ASAP so they rushed some parts and reworked their schedule to accommodate and install on Wednesday! WOW .. Cant thank you guys enough!

Lamb's installed my a/c unit a few years ago and have serviced it a few times as issues (unrelated to their install) have arisen. They have consistently showed up the SAME day I called and fixed the issues quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend them enough!
Gage and Houston came on time to my home for a service call and immediately took the time to listen while I explained what was going on without rushing me. I had a lot to show and tell them as we walked through the house, describing what I felt could be causing respiratory issues on an older system. They listened closely with respect and gave their advice as to what could be done to improve air quality in the home. They were professional, courteous, and well-communicated how I could maintain the current hvac system and what adjustments could be made. They explained the system, made suggestions about rerouting ductwork and future replacement of the mechanicals. They made repairs to the system and cleaned up after themselves. I truly appreciated the kind respect they gave me, and I would highly recommend Lamb
We had an urgent situation occur with our unit where a storm damaged the capacitor during the middle of summer. I did an online request for service application and Lambs showed up the next day which was a Saturday to make the repair which was still covered under warranty. The technician who did the repair was amazing and even explained what caused the issue and steps that could be taken to minimize the risks of the scenario occurring again. Our family will definitely continue to use Lambs Heating & Air for all our future HVAC related business. They are a locally owned business who takes great pride in providing the highest quality service for those in their community. RDC

I set up an appointment to get a quote for central air to be installed at my house. A Lamb tech came out and did an evaluation but I never received a quote even after calling multiple times about it. I cannot review the work they do but it was disappointing the way the quote was handled.
