Service has been good and reliable at Star Heating and cooling. A little too much pushing you to buy additional add ons like air cleaners, surge protection for both heating and air. They spend more time doing service than other companies. This time they were running quite late from the original time window. I also wrote this review but keep getting messages to review their services. They have been good since installation of our units about 10 years ago and everything to this point.

I am very satisfied with the quality of Star Heating and Cooling. I have had issues in the past with my furnace and air conditioner but when I started using this company, I was very satisfied with the service technicians and the office clerical workers answered all my questions and helped me understand the issue at hand, but also the hows and whys to fix the problem. Most recently the technician, Casey came and put the "Halo-led" with the extended life warrenty on my furnace. This device is installed on your furnace to improve air quality in the home. I had the Halo-led installed at the beginning of June 2023 and have noticed a considerable improvement in my breathing issues and allergies. If you experience allergy and breathing problems, I would highly recommend putting the Halo-led on your system. And I also highly recommend the folks at Star Heating and Cooling. Thank you.

Fantastic service, from sales rep to technicians to office admins. Every person I dealt with was professional and friendly, the techs knew what they were doing. They delivered as promised, I would actually say over delivered, with zero hassle. Very glad I found their website.
Technician was kind, helpful, and explained everything well. He was not pushy about selling but was informative with budget friendly options.
I purchased our last HVAC unit from STAR several years ago. We are pleased with their equipment pricing and service contract which I renew every year.

Bryan came out to check my AC to troubleshoot why it stopped working. He determined the duel capacitor had failed and he could not finish testing the system with that part being bad. I told him I'd prefer to see if replacing that part will fix the issue before I move forward with replacing rhe whole system, but still wanted him to provide a quote just in case, which he did. Bryan was very knowledgeable and didn't try to coerce me into replacing the system once I told him my intentions, which I greatly appreciate.

Purchased a Rooftop ac heating unit. He helped me load it and after a long conversation I knew he had a great work ethic and extensive knowledge of HVAC. Highly recommended.
