They were very nice and helpful and I will go back there again. As I was asking questions They kept on saying something about my compressor I think they wanted to sell me a new unit. But they had the part I needed.

had to purchase a furnace surface lighter. Amazon had it for $40 w/tax. Did not want to wait 2 days so purchased it at Schnieder, cost $93.53. $53.53 more for the same part, WOW! Schnieder even charged me $2.94 for using a credit card, really! Schnieder is a very pricey and I am very disappointed.

I purchased a new ac system almost 3 years ago. Had a few hiccups in the first week. My thermostat reads 81° 80% humidity. I have the AC set on 67. When they install the AC I made it clear I needed an extremely cold unit because of health reasons. They reassured me this unit would do above and beyond what I was asking. I pay for the maintenance service yearly. Any issues you get priority and a 10% discount. I called. Person who answered kept saying we are in overtime do you realize we are in overtime. This was at 10:30 in the morning. Her concern shifted to how I was going to pay if they came out. Never did get a call back. I called and left message for after hours. The service guy did call me and come out. After 2 hours all he could find was too much coolant in the line. He removed some. He said if it doesn’t fix it the next day to call back. Today the person that answered said that they were booked. People that didn’t get seen yesterday or being seen today. Have no idea if I could be seen today and if I did it would be late tonight. I don’t know what happened to the selling point of getting priority and assistance when you have an issue. If you sell a unit and you swear it’s going to cool then it needs to do so. Basically the last three years it’s done really well. No matter the heat or the humidity outside. So somethings changed . I also purchased two giant humidifiers to cover over 9000 ft.² pulling the humidity out of the air to try to help this AC unit cool. Obviously it’s not pulling the humidity out somethings wrong. Oh and I’m still covered under warranty. They cost me about $175 last night for him to not find really anything wrong and just a remove some of my coolant. I did get a 10% discount. The tech was very nice and polite and did go above and beyond searching. My mothers house is 70° and she has her thermostat set at 70. Mine said it’s 67 and it is 81° somethings wrong. Can’t really right this more than a two or three rating don’t know

My AC fan stopped working in the night and they came out on a Saturday morning and found the capacitor needing replaced. Knowledge staff and professional, my only complaint is labor prices after-hours are steep.

If you have heating or cooling problems, call these folks. Been wrestling with another company since October, with no heat, these guys came in and 10 minutes later they knew what was wrong, two days later...we have heat! Wish I had call Schneider first!

Professional and quick response. Have been using Schneider for several years to service my 30 plus year old system. When it finally went out this week Schneider was there to help. Within 3 days of their estimate I had a new furnace and AC unit installed and ready to go. Every tech that has co.e to my house has been an absolute professional. They take the time to explain. What they are doing and why they are doing it. If I have specific questions, they stop and answer it. Great service provider.
