Luke Thompson was very courteous and professional. He kept me informed during every step of him being at my home and answered all of my questions.
The technicians were very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived within the timeframe of the appointments, and they were equipped with the proper tools and filters to perform the maintenance tasks. In general, I am very satisfied with Ray's products and services.
When my AC gave out during a heat spike, Ray’s got me on the schedule within a day of my call. Brian diagnosed the AC issue and fixed it on the spot. Also helped me with best options for replacement when my aging system gives out. Recommend highly!
Fast, accurate, professional and clear up front cost explanations! Luke came out on an emergency Saturday call to fix our AC unit. He was on time and clear about what he was doing and what the appropriate cost would be. Will use again!
We've used Ray's for maintenance for several years. We recently needed an unexpected repair. Ray's was very responsive - it'd easy to contact the office online, and the technician did a great job.
Knows the person who I bought my house from knew my AC unit was bad told me he would give me records so I could prove it in court but when court came up he backed out. Brian is not honest let the lady before me lie and had proof that could have helped told me he would help the backed out that's a liar in my book

We’ve been a customer of Ray’s for over 15 years. They’re very knowledgeable and are quick to come out if we’ve had a problem. The office staff is friendly and always gets back to us in a timely manner. When it was time to replace our heating & air unit we knew Ray’s would be getting our business.
After a construction accident on our street our A/C didn't work. I called Ray's. Chad came out after hours to check our A/C unit. He informed us that we only had 110 power to the house instead of 220 as it was supposed to be and if we had 220 the A/C would work. He was right, Centerpoint came out and fixed the 220 and the air conditioner works. Thank you so much. Mike and Jo Walker
Honest and very dependable. Jason and his crew were the nicest, most knowledgeable, hard workers you will find. Would recommend to everyone I know. Hard to find guys like them in the construction industry.
They installed an A/C unit in my home and refuse to service it with no explanation. A+ Derrs came and did a great job fixing it, and also looked up my equipment that Ray's didn't even register which cost me 5 yrs of warranty. Absolutely terrible business, poor customer service, and ridiculously bad service overall.
Edit July 2022: The system still runs great. Had a minor repair on a very hot day. Ray's came through again. I continue to highly recommend Ray's! It was time to replace my 10 year old Carrier system. It was dumping copious amounts of water into my basement. It was also clearly not sized right for my home because it struggled to keep the house cool on a hot day. Moose Lewis (who installed the system) could not fix it in seven service visits. I asked around for recommendation. Ray's came highly recommended. I asked them for a quote and got a new system installed a couple weeks later. I now had the system for almost a year. It has the capacity to keep me cool even on a hot day. It is whispering quiet compared to the old unit. And best of all, due to the high efficiency, I have saved about $400 in Vectren bills so far... I can recommend Ray's to everyone.
I'm so glad a friend recommended Ray's, my geothermal system had quit working. I had originally called A-Plus Derr their tech didn't troubleshoot the problem correctly and then proceeded to charge me $600 for his mistake, the problem was a leak in my ground loop they wanted $2200 to fix the problem after charging me for their mistake. I told them their price was insane. Ray's came to the rescue, I described the problem over the phone, they showed up the next day with the parts and had my system flushed and working that afternoon and charged me a fraction of what A-Plus Derr quoted. Rays has a customer for life after this, we will recommend to friends and family.
Ray's installed our 18 year old unit originally. Called after the AC quit blowing cold air. Guy hooked up his equipment and said the freon was out and the system was too old to refill. Gave us a quote for a new system. Received a $130 bill - including a $44 'labor' charge - to tell me my system was defunct. Went with Perfection instead.
Excellent service. Office ladies are great at getting things done quickly. The techs and installers are friendly and explained what they were going to do and then even showed me some pics when they were done.
Recently, we woke up to a cold house, and the company, which we had been using to service our HVAC system, had gone out of business. We called RAY’S HEATING & AIR, and we’re so glad we did. It turned out that our twenty-five-year-old furnace needed to be replaced. From the lady, who answered the phone, to the serviceman, who diagnosed the problem and sold us the new equipment, to the two gentlemen, who installed it the next day, every person we encountered along the way was friendly, efficient, professional, and superb in every possible way. Our every expectation was exceeded. They even helped us with financing. Best of all, our new furnace works great! I would highly recommend RAY’S HEATING & AIR to everyone.
I have had limited experience with heating/AC maintenance and repair. When it was necessary I ask friends for a recommendation . They suggested Ray's. Not only were they able to do a minor repair on a roof unit but they could also bring me up to date on the newest and best technology . After they finished the unit on the roof they also installed a new furnace/Ac unit at my home. I was so pleased with the instillation and service that I contracted them to replace the entire system on the granddaughters house.. I highly recommend Ray's for industrial and residential replacement and repair
We used Ray's Heating to route new heat ducts and return ducts for our major remodel. They will also be doing our new kitchen addition HVAC work. They come in and get the work done.
