When GR Freeman came to service the HVAC, it was a rainy day. I was concerned the technician would walk through the house with wet shoes. However, both he and his apprentice immediately put on booties before entering the house. I was quite impressed with that! Both were very professional and pleasant to speak with.
Had new HVAC system installed. Very professional from start to finish. Install was very clean and looks great. Explained everything in detail that was installed. Job site was cleaned up when finished. I would recommend as your heating/air company.
Dan and his crew were able to replace my parents old HVAC system that had stopped working, all in one day during a cold spell in March. I was so impressed. No worries anymore for my parents. We will continue using them for system maintenance in the future. I highly recommend them.

John called to let me know he was on his way. He was very detailed in explaining my unit and gave my dog lots of attention. John immediately said he was a dog person, and that won me over. I appreciate the company’s customer service and responsiveness. Highly recommend

Unreliable We would highly recommend not using this company for any new installations. We had them come out for a quote on a commercial A/C system and they told us several times they would have a quote for us. Every time we reach out they say they are busy and we will have it soon.Its been over a week and nothing. Don't waist your valuable time with this company

GR Freeman took care of installing a new furnace when it was very cold outside and we were anxious for it to happen quickly. Super efficient and the price was very affordable. Plan on using them here on out!

Although generally on time, today was an exception and I appreciated the fact that John called to say he was running a bit late but would be here shortly. When he did arrive he was courteous and proceeded to work professionally and efficiently.
Had a great experience with these guys. I used another company, BNG, and after two visits and almost $2k, we still had issues with our HVAC. One call to GR Freeman and it was fixed within 30 minutes. We were really impressed with their level of knowledge and honesty.
The repairman was here on time. He was very friendly & talked to me about what he was doing at all times. He was very knowledgeable! I will use this company in the future if i need a repairman.

GR Freeman made me feel like a priority rather than a nuisance like so many other companies do these days. They went above and beyond to help us get our heat pump diagnosed and fixed fast. Dan (our repairman) and Ruth (the secretary) were both friendly and professional. If I ever need help with HVAC again with will use GR Freeman!
