Zane was knowledgeable, professional & efficient.
The service was amazing. They called to set up a time. We talked about placing my dogs in their kennels and that I had recently had surgery limiting my mobility. Morning of the service, I got a call ahead of the tech arrival, allowing me the time to get my dogs safely placed away. The tech was more than accommodating with my dogs, making sure to not bypass their kennels too much as they get nervous and scared. He kept me up dated on the progress throughout the inspection and repair. Once I showed him the location of the ac unit, thermostat, and such I was not bothered nor compelled to be up and about which greatly helped my post surgery pain. Everyone was fantastic to work with.
Tech was friendly and explained everything well.
The install guys that came out to our house were professional, quick, friendly, and knowledgeable! The office people are great at keeping in touch with every step of the way and extremely helpful! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone I know who needs hvac work done.
Came day I called within hours and figured out the problem! Friendly and professional!
The technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable about the problem and did an outstanding job of the new installation process. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

We've always used El Walters. Had them install new furnace central air at other house we lived in for 23 years and now our new home. always give good quality nice guys easy to talk to they explain everything they're doing and what they did do. We had them install my mom's heating and air also a few years ago and very satisfied.

Chris did the job well and even gave us advice on other matters. Also, the staff at the office we're flexible in helping us out with the payments. Overall, exceptionally great!
Very disappointed with their service. Had them out here at least 4 times over the last year to fix an intermittent issue with my furnace where it just fails to heat up. Replaced valve twice, blower once, and just had the guy come here and hang out and not replace anything its starts and they shrug and walk away. It is frustrating. Again today I wake up to no heat. One of these days my water lines are going to freeze because of this issue.... I am finding a new repair service, today! Steve Day

I called Sunday evening, June 12, 2022 for help. Alot of water in basement coming from the evaporator condensation drain pump. I stated this was not an emergency and thought it may take a week to get service as we just went into an awful heat wave. Imagine my surprise when Peggy called me later that evening and said they would get someone out the following morning if I was available, which I was. Triston was the person who came about 10 am and replaced the device. He was friendly and professional, showed me what was wrong with the device and replaced the outlet it had been plugged into which was also defective. He also checked the air conditioner and furnace. SO happy with this company! Highly recommend them. Side note: I have called them in the past to check things and none have ever tried to talk me into something I don't need (air and/or furnace replaced). LOVE, LOVE this company!!
E.L. Walters has been out to make a few repairs on our furnace and just completed a replacement. Each time they’ve been out they have been very helpful.

E. L. Walters stands above the crowd. Their customer focus is on point. All the techs I dealt with have been great! (Thanks Thomas and Zane). Logan, Tristan and Matt were my team when we had to replace our unit. Logan was our estimator and he made sure to come out while the technicians were on site to assure everyone was happy with things and has followed up with a couple of calls and visits as well. He really went above and beyond researching some things for me as well. Nice touch! And a huge extra special THANKS YOU to Tristen and Matt when they dropped everything and showed off their track and field skills when I accidentally let my zoomy dog out and she headed out to the open golf course!! 😆 Thanks for saving her for me!!! The office team is always very pleasant and respectful when I call too. They are sure to explain things well for me. Bottom line….I have full trust in them as a company. You will too.
