From the moment I contacted you all after hours, I was immediately speaking to someone. Scheduled for the following day and Cody, our technician was here before the scheduled time. He was extremely courteous and knowledgable. Within minutes, he was able to fix our a/c issue. Billing was very reasonable and easy. Also, thank you for offering a military discount! We are very appreciative!

We were told by multiple other companies that our unit was needing replaced and nothing could be done to fix it. We were prepared to spend thousands of dollars on a new unit until they came and actually fixed it for much less than that. Brian Schmitt Heating & Cooling was the 4th company we had out to give us quotes on a new HVAC system. We had been told by other companies we needed a replacement. Chris wanted to see if he could get our current unit fixed before giving us quotes. An hour later, I had cold air! I know we'll need a replacement eventually, and Brian Schmitt Heating & Cooling will get our business when we do! I'm super impressed by the honesty and effort, because I was fully convinced by 3 other area companies that I needed a total replacement!

I have tried other HVAC businesses around Evansville and Brian Schmitt is by FAR the best and most honest which is huge. They were honest with me with my issues which the other businesses lied about to make more money. Brian Schmitt was honest and worked with the warranty company to get my parts covered and got me the best price they could. Their Team was very professional but yet very nice especially to my animals when they arrived and explained step by step what they were doing and why. We have not always had good experiences with people working on our home here in Evansville, but this was just excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian Schmitt and his team to anyone.

My home is 19 years old and it was time for a new A/C and furnace. I had multiple estimates and Brian was very knowledgeable and didn't try to over explain things. I also have a room that has not been warm in the winter and cold in the summer for the 19 years we have owned our home. Adam and Brian figured out the issue and with Chris's help this room now feels like the rest of the house. Great job guys. You can't go wrong using this local family owned business.

We had a bit of a glitch with our recent install. Brian pulled the entire unit and installed a new one at his expense. Who does that these days? Update: The aluminum evaporator coil on my Trane system failed after only 3 years. Trane supplied the coil but still cost me $955 in labor and related expenses.
