Dustin does a great job maintaining the HVAC and he is good with recommendations on filter changing, cleaning, and if the system needs equipment upgrades.

Our AC was going out and running on stop. David with Brackett came out looked at the system and realized it was a discontinued model. He quoted us on a new HVAC system, and the price was where we needed to be! We new system was old and needed replaced to begin with! We signed papers and had it installed the next day! House has been comfortable and the AC doesn’t run all day now! I would highly recommend Brackett Heating and Air!
Check ups are always thorough and technicians always ready to answer any questions. Dustin explained everything he was doing and why.
It was a cold evening and our furnace had stopped working. So we called Brackett and Devin was here in 20 minutes. We are very pleased with prompt and efficient service. Since the last event Dustin Campbell came and did our summer service, he was also very prompt friendly and and efficient.
The service response was extremely fast along with diagnosing the problem and fixing it very fast! Very pleased with the service tech as well he was very polite and knowledgeable of his job! We will continue to use them! Highly recommended!
The service tech called to give us a heads up of arrival time. He performed duct cleaning of registers and vents. He was showing us before and after pictures during his time here. Very pleased.
Allen Clark III is the best technician! This is the third time he has been to my home for regular maintenance on our heat / a/c. He is very professional, and shares knowledge and advice, and is very trustworthy. My service tech was prompt, very efficient, and very, very polite. He took extra care to make sure he didn’t track anything into the house, and explain completely what he had done.
David, the serviceman was very professional, very friendly and introduced himself. He knew what he was doing, and explained it in a way I could understand! And the best part, besides having my central air working again, because I’m a maintenance customer and they had been out a couple of weeks ago, there was absolutely no charge! For me, that’s extremely important! I’d recommend Brackett to anyone that asks if I know someone! Great service!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the people who answer the phone, estimator, Beau and the fantastic technicians who installed my units. As a small business owner myself, I value exceptional customer service. The guys who installed my units were courteous, conscientious and very hard working. I never even saw any of them take a break and they were here all day! The service I have received made it not quite as hard to write that big check! Thank you!!

We’ve used used Brackett Heating, Air & Plumbing since owning our home. Brackett has always been outstanding in quality, efficiency and price. Responsive and quick to repair our system on two separate occasions. Once during the middle of summer when our system froze up and once in the winter when a part in the heating unit started making a very loud, consistent noise. Their staff has always been courteous and helpful. Dustin was our technician today and he was friendly, respectful of the property and advised the best preventative maintenance for our system. Brackett is hands down the best HVAC company in the area.

Really enjoy this subscription based approach to maintenance. Called initially due to an outage and have now joined the Comfort Club. They perform a thorough inspection/tune up every summer and fall. The technicians are professional and informative. They are adding plumbing to the maintenance plan which is nice. Would definitely recommend Brackett.
