I chose Baylor for the routine maintenance on my heating system. Marcos arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. Explained what he was checking and why he was doing it. I was very impressed with his service and will request him next time. Baylor gets my strong recommendation.

I had a very bad experience with this company. Maybe it was an isolated incident, but communication was exceptionally poor throughout my dealings. I would think twice before hiring.
