Aaron showed up on Dec. 23, the coldest day of the year on icy roads. He knew the problem right away and removed the broken part and returned to the shop and rebuilt it. He brought it back not even 2 hours later and installed it. He was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. From now on, A &A Precision will be the only service I use for heating and air problems. Wonderful!
My family called A&A Precision when looking into getting our ducts cleaned to purify the air in our home. They were so nice and quickly were able to get us on the schedule to go over our options. The technician, Steve, that came out was very thorough and easy to talk to. Thank you!

Very impressed with A & A Precision. We had A&A install a brand new furnace and air conditioner at the same time. They were so friendly and thorough in explaining our options! They were also on time and we were able to finance at no additional cost which was great. The added bonus is our wi-fi thermostat that we can now control when away from home. We are really satisfied and highly recommend giving them a ring for any HVAC needs.
I would stay away from this company.. We went with them because our Home Warranty chose the company we had to use. It’s been a week since a technician has been out at our house and diagnosed the problem. They have failed to turn in the paperwork to our Warranty Company and Kim on the phone says she’s new and doesn’t know how to. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone but her or have anyone return your calls. I have been in contact with the Warranty Company and they said the average turnaround time for paperwork getting turned in is 24 hours.. We’re a week out and they still haven’t turned anything in and are still waiting on them. It has been a nightmare working with this them as there is no communication from their end.
These folks are top notch! They are very quick to respond, they are always on time and very conscientious about their work. They keep you up to date on any of their processes and everything is clean when they are done. I would highly recommend A & A Precision Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration. Aaron and everyone at A&A are great, we needed someone on location to disconnect our AC as we were doing final yard grading, they came right out and made it happen. Great service.
We bought a new build house with an HVAC system installed by A&A. After 6 months and about 12 days of me being off work for them to "fix" our system, nothing was done to solve the issues. Our unit was not big enough. They knew that, but were unwilling to correct their own mistake. After 6 months of sweating or freezing in our own house, fighting back and forth, and multiple professionals stating the unit was undersized we decided to get a quote for a new system. We just paid upwards of $6000 to get a new HVAC system in our BRAND NEW house. As a young, newlywed couple there is nothing worse than feeling screwed over.
I would definitely refer anyone to have A & A Precision help them with any heating and air need they may have. They were on point with everything I was in need of. They would get 10 stars if possible. Thank you Steve Speer for all your help and information! And thank you Aaron Rice and A&A Precision for coming to the rescue! I will definitely be seeing you again soon!
I cannot recommend A&A. They put in the HVAC for a brand new home that I had purchased. Almost immediately my a/c wouldn't keep up in the summer, what the thermostat was set to and what the temperature was inside the house was on average a 8-10 degree difference. A&A came out every single Friday for 3 months straight and the issue never got resolved with them. They would never follow up with me after they were done and I was always the one who had to call them every week, sometimes multiple times, just to get ahold of anybody and see what was going on. I had a total of 3 other, professional HVAC technicians come out from other local companies to see what they thought the problem was because A&A couldn't figure it out after 3 months. All 3 of them total me it was some of the worst work they had seen. To reiterate, I cannot recommend A&A. Their attitudes, work ethic, reachability, service, honesty, and quality are horrible and unacceptable. Please go and use somebody else.
AARON and his team got us up and running to keep us safe after we went with another company that put the heater in wrong !!
