Dannys Commercial HVAC team did a great job installing a ductless A/C system in my master bedroom. They were very clean and respectful throughout the process; other than the finished work product, you'd never know they were in my house. I highly recommend Dannys Commercial HVAC.
The first day Dannys Commercial Hvac came out to give me an estimate, they took the time to answer all my questions. When I chose them to replace my furnace, air conditioner and water heater, they were very punctual, professional, and the cost was reasonable. I know I got quality products and a quality company. I would recommend this company to all.
We recently had all ducts and vents in our 2-story home cleaned. The process took a little over 3 hours and the tech, Brian, was efficient and effective. We viewed before and after pictures and were impressed with the results. One thing we had not expected was that the air duct cleaning allowed for better air circulation. The upstairs master bedroom and other rooms always struggled to meet the desired temperature. After cleaning the room temp now matches the thermostat with no changes to thermostat settings. Thanks!

This company is top notch. My furnace stopped working and they had it up and running in a matter of hours. They were upfront about the cost and what they would be doing. I highly recommend them, thanks again!

After I paid for a service call for a heating issue I was told I wold get same day service between a specific time. I asked the tenant to be there during the timeframe I was given. Hours later I called my tenant to see if the problem was resolved and was told the technician never arrived. When I called Danny’s back they said that there was a problem and the appointment would have to be rescheduled for the next day. The next day 15 minutes before the end of the time frame that I was given, I called to see if the technician arrived and again another excuse was given. I was never contacted one time to give me notice that they would be late, or in their case never come at all. They have horrible service, they are unprofessional, and not responsive. They have shown that they will take your money and then not show up. Do not use this service!
Dannys Commercial Hvac and especially Dan are top-notch. They are communicative, prompt, call if an earlier time comes available, and he calls when he's on the way. I'm educated on my systems, given options and given clear understanding of what work has been done and what we can do at the next service call.
Scam Scam Scam…. They are nice at first then try to trick you into a contract!!!!! Please don’t sign any one year contract for$149…. Never sent out tech
From the very first interaction Dannys Commercial Hvac was 110% honest, professional, and courteous. Also completely compliment of the rules and regulations to follow regarding Covid-19. We will never use another company!
Everything was done very professionally. The salesman was very knowledgeable and provided answers to my questions, and I had many. The installers were professional and friendly.My AC is now functioning well.
They sent someone out to my house to check my water heater. First off they said from 9am to 12pm and no call. I had to call them to confirm and guy called me like 2 hours later saying he was coming. They get here and guy they sent had to call his boss to instruct him on how to do everything he needed to do. Every like 3 minutes he would call him. He spends like 2 hours basically screwing everything up. After everything he does they determine that the pump isn’t working. He starts getting his stuff ready to and says my total is $500. When I called to schedule they said it will cost $125 to come look and see what the problem was. I asked him why so much and he said he charges $225 for 45 minutes of his time. I said wow if the person I talked to on the phone would of told me that they charge $225 for every 45 minutes that they are here I would of never contracted them. Guy told me that is the stuff this company doesn’t tell you about the high rates they charge. He was very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone do any business with this shady company!! I will be contacting my advisor to see what we can do with this unprofessional work and overcharge.
Awesome experience! Mark was awesome! Very professional, diagnosed the problem right away, and clearly explained everything to us. The price was well under what I had anticipated. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
Dan fixed my parent's furnace that had suddenly gone out. The heat igniter was particularly tricky because it was behind other hardware. He was patient, smart, meticulous, professional, and kind. He was great at explaining all the steps he took, and kept a neat working area. He was a pleasure to work with. He restored heat to my parents' home, and for that they are incredibly thankful. Look forward to having Dannys Commercial Hvac help my parents in the future!!!
Had a problem with my other hvac companies. It is less then a year old. Had a guy come by, he said he had to change a senor and never returned. We called Dan and he checked the machine out. He told us that he did not think the part was bad and called the manufacturer. His guess was right! We had a birds nest in the exhaust pipe. He cleaned it out and now I'm warm.
Sat schedule was a no show. No call. Called me 3 days later to see if i wanted to still do the job. I say no thanks.
I would never use the place, I called them, explained the situation. Told them what I need them to do. They told me that the technician will call me in a hour too a 1 1/2 when he is on his way. 2 hours went by no call. I called back they said appointments is between 5 & 8. They never showed. I think I called like 15 times to listen to them tell me they will be there. Asked to talk to manager never called me back. Next day called again. Was told they can't be there until January. Asked to talk to manager again, called 20 time today within 3 hrs never talked to a manager. Now when I call they disconnect me.. Got a real company who actually has good ethics WALT'S HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING out of Munster Indiana.. DON'T CALL DANNYS THEY SUCK YOU WILL BE SEEING POST FROM ME AT LEAST 2 TO 3 TIMES A MONTH FROM ME DANNY'S SUCKS
I just had a compressor and air handler unit installed recently. It was easy to see that these guys were smart and planned ahead, minimizing the downtime. In spite on the recent high temperatures we've been having the temperature stays exactly at our desired temperature. Great job.
