Richard did a wonderful job fixing this sensor in our furnace, it's been cool in the house even when trying to run the heat, now it actually stays warm. They were able to stop by within 20 minutes of calling. They didn't pressure us to buy anything but did provide information on other services for maintenance they offer, which was helpful. We will definitely use them again
I've used them for AC install, Furnace install, Electrical Panel install, wiring, plumbing repair, water softener repair and they will be installing light fixtures next. Hands down the best and will not use anyone else.

Jeremy is always responsive and on time. He has winterized my lake home several times, and recently installed a new kitchen faucet/sprayer set. He is skilled, professional, and efficient. Kozon Plumbing has always provided me with excellent service throughout the years.

Our 13 year old sump pump stopped working following a weeks rain. We needed a replacement immediately. To complicate things, our back-up pump's battery had discharged. Kozon P & H responded quickly. Jeremy had to re-pipe the sump pump well's configuration to accommodate the new equipment. It was a plumber's masterpiece! Thank you Jeremy and to Kozon Plumbing & Heating

Awesome company with awesome people! My sister needed a new water heater and they were very responsive and got it taken care of quickly! They wore masks and were very professional and friendly. I can't say enough about this company and I would definitely recommend them!!
Called ahead of the appointment to confirm the time. Showed up exactly when he said he would and completed the job in a timely manner. While these simple little items all may seem to be what a customer should hope for and expect, my experience tells me that these behaviors seem to be less frequent than they should be. I applaud Kozon and Jeremy for knowing what customer service is these days.
Geothermal was acting up and producing cold air. Called Kozan and they had a technician, Jason, just finishing a job nearby and sent him. A short time later Jason arrived. He was very professional and even put shoe covers on before entering the house. The situation was explained to him and he discovered the cause right away. He explained the problem and was carrying the part I needed. The geothermal was fixed in a short time and has been working great. After explaining the bill, I was able to pay it on the spot via his computer. Great response, great technician, and good service. I highly recommend this company and Jason..
