I called Thomas HVAC and made a first time appointment. The owner, Dwayne Thomas came out, he was on time and a real nice guy. I believe he's also an expert on HVAC repair. He is trustworthy and honest, the price is fair. I'm glad I found him, he's the one I'm sticking with, he's the real deal.

We have used Thomas Heating and Cooling multiple times over the last 2 years for a very old AC unit and just this summer a new HVAC system. He has always gone above and beyond on availability, responsiveness, follow through, quality, price, professionalism, and communication. He takes the time to educate us on the systems, the process, and our options each time. Dwayne feels like a close friend whom we fully trust. He genuinely cares about his clients and their satisfaction/comfort. His work is truly superb. We won’t use anyone else.

Dwayne helped me troubleshoot my ac over the phone. Using FaceTime he gave clear & concise instructions to guide me through the necessary steps to resolve my ac issue. I was able to source the correct part locally. Dwayne ensured it was installed correctly. Dwayne was eager to help, professional, knowledgeable, & efficient.
I was a little confused why there were nothing but 5-star reviews for Thomas Heating and Cooling until we tried it out for ourselves. Simply THE BEST! I've never had a better experience in my life with a contractor/repairman! Knowledgeable, fast, efficient, went above and beyond, honest, great person. I'll never call anybody else!
Mr. Thomas was just all-around great. He was able to work us in same-day and repair our heat-pump quickly and effectively. He was professional, intelligent and affordable. I will use his services from now on and would highly recommend him.
AMAZING SERVICE!! My A/C went out during this super hot week.(96 degrees) He was able to come out same day. I was going to attempt to fix it myself, but I had a gut feeling I should make sure I was right. I am so glad I called, he saved me so much money! The fee was nothing compared to what I planned on paying. He even fixed it on the spot with no wait. He is very experienced, professional, and nice. If I ever have another issue with my Heating or Cooling system there is nobody else I plan to call besides Thomas!
We have been out of air and heating for almost four years due to another company coming out and telling us that we had a dinosaur for a unit and we would have to replace it. Dwayne is definitely a God send… when I called him he came out within the hour and checked everything out and found an issue with the heating part but our air was still good. Dwayne was a God send. We were uncertain if our current HVAC company was being honest with us and we called Dwayne for a consult. He was efficient, honest and very fair. We had Dwayne do the work we needed and he did a superb job. Got our unit back up and running and saved us from spending several more thousand dollars on work we in fact did not need. I highly recommend his service.
After another company had diagnosed our heating systems problem and suggested a new system Dwayne came out and quickly discovered the real problem and fixed it quickly and at a good price. We appreciate his diligence and honesty so much. Being new to the area it’s nice to know that we have a great hvac guy to call!
