Everyone with whom I interacted was professional and focused on providing the best possible customer service. Both technicians were efficient, personable, and shared helpful information while also identifying and repairing another problem of which I was unaware.

Thank you to the fireplace team at Advantage Heating and Air for your awesome service. We had a new direct vent fireplace installed, and the Advantage team was so good to work with. We had a separate contractor doing some repair work on our chimney, and the Advantage team worked very nicely with all parties to ensure that they were always ready when I would contact them to proceed to their next step. They really helped the project go smoothly, finishing with a very successful and wonderful conclusion. Justin, Jason, Mark and the rest of the team are very much appreciated for the wonderful work that they did. We are very happy with our new fireplace and we will certainly use their services going forward.
This was our first call to Advantage Heating and Cooling. They sent out a tech the same day to work on our ac unit. He was honest, let us know the problem and took care of it in a timely manner. I'll recommend them everytime and be using them in the future. Fast forward a few years. They came out and gave me a free quote. It was very reasonable. They were fast. I needed a complete install from scratch in a home that was already 50 years old. They ran all the duct work, heater, and ac. Everything was done thoroughly and the work looks excellent. Will be using them again!

Advantage Heating and Air is one of the most dependable companies I have ever had to work with. The techs they send are all very professional and efficient. They are good at explaining what they are doing and what needs to be done if there is a problem to fix.
I contacted Advantage to inspect our AC cooling system. They came out and checked the system and the ducts and made simple recommendations to improve the cooling upstairs in our home. Not pushy or salesy but offered solutions. I’d recommend them.
They installed a vent free gas log set in our wood burning fireplace for us.

I have been using Advantage to maintain my HVAC system for about 19 years and have found them to be honest with quality technicians doing fine work with excellent communication. This time I had a gas line leak in the line coming into the home. They they repaired it quickly.
Mark did a good job helping me diagnose the system and fixed the leak. I appreciate that and look forward to working together in the future.
I have a furnace check in fall and an ac check in the spring. Today they fixed my gas log fire heater in my fireplace and explained how the logs should be placed for the correct air flow and other things to watch for in using the gas logs that I was not aware of. It's working perfectly now. I really appreciated them explaining what they were doing and why. Thanks so much!
Mr. Boroughs was asked to determine why my gas fireplace wasn’t working properly. He immediately determined the issue and offered a low-cost fix. I am both impressed with and appreciative for Mr. Borough’s expertise.
