Got my heat back on in little time
Prices are expensive. I understand things like this can be but I called to discuss and no call back. Charges for a repair on a home where the owner is in nursing and has no money.
The plumber arrived early and fixed my shower quickly. Van Contracting will be the contractors that I will be using for any future issues. Great job!
Love Van Contracting.They are very nice people.They care about there customers and when I called them to put a new toilet in for me they did a very good job.The installer was very nice and when he was done he did an excellent job on clean up.I will recommend Van Contracting to everyone.
Failed to come back and finish the job
We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Van. The attention to detail was flawless. Brad came to our home two times before we okayed the installation of the mini split system. We were reluctant to cut into our logs but he assured us they could get it sealed up. Cody, the installer, was professional and very capable. Thank you Van for making this a great experience. We will recommend you to anyone that is in need of your service.
As a customer for a long time Vans has treated me well. I had a family member who was ill and my furnace went out. I tried Calling other heating business and Vans was the only one that got my furnace up and running. So I highly recommend them .
Called when furnace was going out. Tried to fix and couldn't get it to work. Quick quote and install. Very Professional .
Vans crew was very polite and professional. They showed up as scheduled and completed the installation as requested. Cleaned up everything when complete. If needed I would definitely hire them again.
The owner is afraid of somebody stealing something from him he's always looking out the window I was supposed to buy a vehicle from him but I'm not cuz he's a very scary person
I called Van contracting and HVAC for help in installing a new HVAC system. I started on the project my self with the help of u-tube and soon realized, I was way in over my head. After calling Vans, I was greeted with the upmost reassurance of a business, that they would be able to help me out. When the techs showed up to the house, on time, they were the nicest people I had the pleasure to deal with. I have employed approximately 200 employees in my past businesses, and I was very impressed how vans screening was to hire such knowledgeable staff. Keep up the great work over there Vans.
My wife and purchased this house in 2014. In the fall of 2016 we discovered that out furnace needed the burner replaced. Van said that the furnace we had may hard to find a burner. The furnace and outside air conditioning unit were old. It was time to have them replaced. We decided to get a heat pump to lower our cost of LP gas. Van Plumbing and Heating installed the heat pump. About once every 2 weeks the furnace “lost its brain” and would run hard. We turn off the furnace and restart it and it would be okay again. We called Van’s and there were very responsive. They spoke with the manufacturer and they sent a new wall thermostat. However, the problem persisted so we called them again. Again they were very responsive and came out to assess system. The problem was difficult to troubleshoot. So they called the manufacturer and they sent up a company representative. He thought it was probably control board in the furnace so they swapped that out. Unfortunately the problem persisted and they continued to swap out boards to no avail. We have a two zone heating and cooling system so they put in new dampers. Vans were very responsive and were very persistent. I am sure they suffered a financial setback, but they never gave up and never complained. After many visits from Vans and the manufacturer’s representative, they found the problem and they fixed it. We have not had any issues since and the heat pump works great. Obviously the electric bills increased somewhat, but our LP gas bills were reduced considerably. Van’s Plumbing and Heating were very cooperative and responsive, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My toilet was loose so I had Van Contracting come out to fix it. He had to pull the toilet and fix the floor. It’s perfect now, and the plumber left my bathroom as clean or cleaner than before he was there. I will definitely use them again!
Whomever was driving truck 42 this morning 7am july 1 2020 was all over the road, in and out of traffic, on 30 doing 70-75mph this isn't Nasca .
We had a good relationship with Vans until we had to deal with the owner. He treated us like an inconvenience. He didn't show up to the appointment. We call and he arrives next day to email quote same day. 4 days later we call with no quote. He emails quote 1.5 hours after we called trying to say he already sent it- it was not itemized, just a max $ amount and that's it. The most unprofessional interaction in my life. Incredibly rude. We will no longer do business with this contractor again.
I just hired them for a inspection of my furnace and AC, they did a terrific job! Would recommend them to anyone !
Called for a heating problem yesterday and this morning a technician fixed our Carrier furnace promptly. Great service!
I would never recommend calling these people, installed new parts on furnace and charged several hundred dollars, only to come back a few days later due to still having issues and claim that it can't be repaired. Basically charged the customer for parts for test purposes and then sent a hefty bill for the parts! Home still has a non working furnace, and these were elderly people with not much money.. SHAME SHAME !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
They were very speedy and able to come out the same day I called, which was great. However, we were told the heat had to be shut off immediately because it was a hazard, and that we were better of replacing the whole system. Being taught to get a second opinion, we had two other people come in and take a look. Neither one of them found this broken cap that forced the heat off. In the end, this cap that was supposedly broke was just loose, and needed to be tightened. The only other thing it needed, was to be cleaned. After doing both of these, we haven't had any issues since. Both of us called days off to get this taken care of when we really didn't need to. This was very disappointing given the decent reviews. I'd like to think it was just the technician that came out to look at the furnace, which is why this isn't a one star.
