I switched to Illiana years ago, and have been 100% satisfied with their work, helpfulness, and professionalism always. I appreciate their honesty and work ethics above all. Over the years, they have replace my furnace, water heater, and just recently, my A/C unit and coil. Again, a job well done. All of the employees go above and beyond. And, unlike many other companies, they always answer their phone, and never keep you waiting. THANK YOU AGAIN.

Great customer service! I called after hours because that's always when things break and got an appt the next day! I have a 10 day old baby at home so I needed my AC fixed immediately. Great company! Office staff and technicians are all very attentive and experienced! I had a furnace/ac check and cleaning along with air duct cleaning. KP was my furnace/ac guy and he clearly knows what he’s doing and took great care of my equipment and is very nice. Nathan was one of the air duct cleaners, I didn’t get the name of the other one, both were great and took extra care with my newly painted walls and woodwork and were very nice. Thank you to all !

I can't recommend these people. They charged me $89 for an estimate & never bothered to give it to me or even call me back ! Looking back, I should never have paid to get an estimate. Maybe that's how they make their money. They advertise "Christian owned" on their vans. 😟

The service was great with a knowledgeable technician. The cost of the prepaid annual service fee could be lower for valued customers that spent a lot of money on brand new systems. It makes me want to shop around for annual maintenance.

Our central air system outside the house was running but was intermittently making very loud noise. I called Illiana and they came out within a couple days and verified our suspicion that our 51 year old system was running on borrowed time. They sent out another rep to talk about what systems would be appropriate to replace within 2 more days and gave us 3 choices. We were impressed that they didn't just suggest the most expensive one but told us the advantages of each unit and the price. He then emailed the information to me so we could look over it. The email was also a link to go ahead and order the unit we decided to go with and it was very easy to follow. I received a phone call the next day to schedule the installation. They made having to go through a big expense an easy and less stressful experience.

We’d just purchased our house back in October of 2022. With our luck, we discovered our condenser was over 30yrs old & finally pushed out its last breathe. We saw that our neighbors used FourSeasons for a service call & we filed suit ourselves only to come to the same conclusion they did, call Illiana. Unlike FourSeasons, Michael came out & explained the entire process. He was very knowledgeable of all the specs that my husband was interested in & he really honed in on finding something that was perfect for us & our budget. He took the time to explain everything & answered any and all questions that we had. All in all we ended up getting a whole new system backed with warranty. A new furnace & condenser and so far we are pleased. Of all the 6 companies we reached out to, Illiana has the best pricing and financing options compared to its competitors. I am thankful for the whole team, especially Leslie! She really came through & although I wasn’t the most pleasant, she maintained her professionalism and made me feel like she placed herself in my shoes and did whatever she could to take care of us. Thank you so much! Looking forward to our yearly check ups and tune ups.
